Electric actuator is widely used in modern industrial automation control system,which plays a controlling and regulating role in pipeline valves.Because domestic control of intelligent electric actuator torque multi-turn valves in performance,reliability,there is still a gap compared with abroad,the basic part of the market,one occupied by foreign so this article embarks from the direction of structure design,research and development of a 400Nm-output torque Intelligent multi-turn valve electric actuator,improve its overall performance,promote the localization process.(1)Analyze the working principle of the electric actuator,and formulate the overall structure design of the electric actuator;The motor parameters were calculated and selected according to the valve torque characteristics and motor mechanical torque characteristics,and the motor overheating protection circuit was designed.The main transmission part adopts a gear reduction,worm gear and worm drive,compact structure,double head worm,improve transmission efficiency.(2)The key functional parts of the electric actuator are analyzed and designed,and improvements are made on the basis of the existing structure.The use of "hammer effect" to improve the clutch structure is more conducive to open the valve;Optimized hand automatic switching device,can realize the function of automatic reset;The straight bevel gear transmission is used as the travel transmission structure,and the magnetoelectric absolute encoder is used as the travel detection device.The least square method is used to improve the method of electronic indirect measurement torque,which can reduce the cost,reduce the memory occupied and improve the calculation efficiency.Protective design to meet the IP67 protection standard,dП BT4、d П CT4 explosion-proof grade.(3)Finite element static analysis was carried out on main transmission reduction gear,worm gear,clutch assembly and main box by ANSYS Workbench software to simulate the force of the parts and obtain the stress,strain and deformation cloud images of the parts to ensure the rationality and reliability of the design;The dynamic analysis of clutch assembly is carried out by using ADAMS software,and the impact load of "hammer effect" is calculated,which is helpful to the opening of valve.The dynamic modal analysis of the main transmission components and the box body was carried out to obtain the natural frequencies of order 1 to 6 and the corresponding vibration shapes to avoid resonance.(4)Designed the electrical control circuit diagram;The prototype of the electric actuator completed the structural design was trial-produced and assembled,and the debugging and performance test were carried out.The test data showed that the basic performance parameters all met the technical indexes,met the design requirements of the electric actuator,and completed the preset product development goals.The intelligent multi-turn valve electric actuator studied in this project is compact in structure,light and convenient,superior in performance and reliable in operation.It has been verified by experiments and meets the requirements of the actual working conditions,which provides a basis and reference for the subsequent development of the same series of products.There are 112 figures,19 tables and 90 references in this paper.
