With the enriching functions of automotive electronic products.The quality of the samples in the vehicle are more and more important.So the test conditions and test requirements should be improved.Only in this way we can make high-level products.The function test under high and low temperature is hard to operate because of the frequency is high and the test condition is critical.This is becoming a problem of manual testing.Therefore,the development of automation test system under high and low temperature for automotive infotainment products is needed.Not only to solve the above problems,but also to reduce labor costs,so that the enterprise has more resources to invest in the new generation of product.The main content of this paper is simulate the CAN network node of the vehicle communication network.Using the Lab windows software and the test equipment to combine into the automatic test system.Then via controlling this system together with chamber can finish the whole test.The main characteristics of this system are as follows:1)This system is based on Lab Windows and test instruments,to build an automated test system for in-vehicle infotainment products.The software is based on Lab Windows platform,using the platform’s rich library functions and graphical interface to complete the test of each functions.The hardware structure is the core part of the system,mainly including signal input instrument part,instruction sending and I/O port control part,output signal acquisition part and result judgment,together constitute the automated test system.2)This system is based on CAN bus,the communication network also composed of PCI bus and RS232 bus.The communication between the DUTs and the system is mainly CAN bus including ICAN,DCAN,KCAN,etc.Via simulating the nodes on each CAN bus,sending various control commands,and simulating the input signals on each node,the automation system finished the tests for the DUTs.PCI bus and RS232 bus are mainly used in the communication of input signal generator and various monitoring instruments,to complete the control program of each module.Through various communication means,the information transmission of the whole system is guaranteed,including the input of signals,the control of samples and instruments and the acquisition and display of results,etc.Via those methods this system realized the connection of each module.3)It realizes the linkage with the temperature box system.Through the setting of the plan,it can meet the requirements of various reliability tests,and has reached the automatic testing in high and low temperature environment.
