Study On The Process Optimization Of Housing Construction Project Based On "Internet+government Service"

The reform of the examination and approval system of engineering construction projects is an important subject in the field of engineering construction in China at present,and it is also an important measure to deepen the reform of "discharge supervision service".At present,in the construction project approval aspect,the approval efficiency is low,the link is many,the time long situation still exists.The reform of the approval system for construction projects runs through the whole life cycle of the project,from project approval to completion and acceptance,and at the same time,public facilities access services are included in the reform.The degree and strength of the reform are unprecedented,it fully demonstrates the government’s determination to promote the reform of the "regulatory regime" and create a quality business environment.The completion acceptance is the last stage of the project construction life cycle.In the traditional mode of the housing construction project completion acceptance check,the acceptance departments independently carry out the acceptance check for their own government,which seriously lengthens the delivery cycle of the housing construction project,the delivery of building works was delayed.Under the background of the reform of "Release Supervision Service" and the project examination and approval system,a thorough reform and innovation is urgently needed.Taking S city as an example,this paper expounds the status quo of the acceptance work of house construction under the traditional mode,and analyzes the deficiencies of the acceptance work under the traditional mode through practical cases.By learning from the experience of other cities in China in optimizing the process of final acceptance of housing construction projects,based on the theory of government process reengineering,this paper optimizes the process of acceptance check of housing construction project under the mode of "Internet + Government Service".Finally,the problems existing in the final acceptance check of the optimized building construction project are analyzed,and from improving the "Internet + Government Service" technology integration,the parallel implementation of joint acceptance and joint record,promote the reform and implementation of the project approval system,improve the supporting system,improve service capacity and other aspects of improvement measures and suggestions.This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,significance,and research status at home and abroad,and research methods are explained;The second chapter describes the government process reengineering,"Internet + government services," and other related concepts and theories;The Fourth Chapter introduces the experience of the process optimization of the housing construction project acceptance check in some regions of China,and the fifth chapter analyzes the present situation of the process optimization in s city,this paper analyzes and explains the construction of the government affairs service network,the optimization of the process of the check and accept of the housing construction project,and the advantages and disadvantages of the process In the sixth chapter,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems,the author puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.The paper has 21 pictures,5 tables,and 52 references.
