With the rapid growth of my country’s economy,the utilization rate of water transportation resources has also increased significantly,and the navigable mileage of inland waterways has increased year by year.As an important public welfare infrastructure for transportation in my country,waterways provide an important carrier for the development of inland water transport.Under the complex international background,safe and unobstructed waterway transportation and the safe transshipment of major national strategic materials under emergency conditions have put forward higher requirements for the management and maintenance of inland waterways.The virtuous circle of inland waterways provides a basic guarantee for my country’s economic and social development.Bank revetment,as a building for inland waterway regulation,plays an important role in preventing the siltation of the channel,maintaining the navigation guarantee rate,and preventing the collapse of the rear soil.To ensure that the revetment infrastructure functions well,the necessary revetment maintenance is an effective measure.Therefore,bank revetment maintenance is an important implementation content of inland waterway maintenance,and it is necessary to strengthen the level of waterway bank revetment maintenance.The Salt Channel is the main grid line of the "two verticals and five horizontal" of the main channel network in Jiangsu Province.The unobstructed flow of the Salt River is a necessary condition to ensure the normal navigation of the northern Jiangsu section of the Lianshen Line and the Huai River channel.Since the rectification of navigation in 2012,the annual currency has been increasing year by year,playing an important inland river gathering and distributing function.However,as a remedial building,the revetment plays its role,but it is also affected by a variety of adverse factors,resulting in poor working conditions in a small number of sections of the revetment.The current situation is worrying,and the revetment is urgently needed to be maintained.Therefore,it is very important to fully grasp the operation and damage status of the bank revetment in the Salt section,and to put forward the revetment maintenance plan in a targeted manner,and to optimize and apply it.First of all,this article conducts a field investigation on the current status and damage of the bank revetment of a certain section of Salt,and through reading literature and expert consultation,summarizes the influencing factors of bank revetment damage and the internal process of bank revetment damage;secondly,through field investigation and expert meeting Discuss the combination of ways to divide the maintenance level of the revetment,and entrust the design unit to carry out the preliminary design of maintenance measures and maintenance plans;then,through the full life cycle cost theory and dynamic economic evaluation methods,analyze the cost composition of the revetment type I maintenance plan It calculates and compares the list,constructs the functional evaluation index system of the bank protection Class I maintenance plan through the analytic hierarchy process and yaahp software,and uses the expert questionnaire to score the index weight,analyzes the data to obtain the comprehensive weight of each index,and selects the value through value engineering.Revetment Type I maintenance plan with a higher coefficient;finally,from the perspective of the whole process management of the project,relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the application of the optimal plan are put forward for the project decision-making stage,project implementation stage and bank revetment operation stage.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct a relatively comprehensive evaluation system for the function index of the bank protection plan.Based on the value engineering theory,the design plan of the bank protection maintenance project for the inland waterway is optimized,which can provide reference for the selection and implementation of the salt river channel and other inland waterways And for reference,it can also provide a later evaluation reference for other inland waterway renovation and construction projects.There are 37 figures,28 tables and 124 references in this paper.
