Promotion Mechanism And Strategy Of Community Life Circle Green Space On Elderly Health

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed that the construction of healthy China will be comprehensively promoted during the 14 th Five Year Plan period.The construction of healthy city is an important way to promote healthy China construction.Nowadays the health problems of chronic noncommunicable diseases have become increasingly prominent.To realize the optimization of spatial resources allocation by means of governance is an important part of planning to deal with health problems.As the basic unit and effective scale of grassroots governance,community reflects the concept of people-oriented in urban planning,and is the key scale of healthy city strategy.Green space,as an important starting point of urban health resources and healthy urban construction,is widely recognized in improving residents’ health.Due to their physiological limitations and lifestyle characteristics,the elderly group has a strong dependence on community life circle and green space,which should be the focused on.Therefore,it is a positive response from the spatial level to construct the concept of "active health concept" in China to find out the mechanism of community life circle green space to promote the health of the elderly and establish the green space promotion strategy of community life circle oriented by the health of the elderly.Aiming at the problem of how to effectively promote the elderly health in community life circle green space,this paper carried out the research on the mechanism of community life circle green space on the elderly self-reported health.Taking physical activity as the mediator variable and community life circle as the moderator variable,a theoretical frame is established based on the causal relationship between variables.According to the theoretical model,the spatial characteristics of all green spaces in the community life circle are studied by using the available spatial expression.The characteristics include scale characteristics(green area percentage,per capita green area),geometric characteristics(average patch area,average patch shape index),cover characteristics(proportion of arbor,shrub and grassland)and functional location characteristics(proportion of park green space,community green space,Riverside greenway and roadside green space).The Exercise was the index of physical activity,and the self-reported health level of the elderly is divided into physical health and mental health.The community life circle was divided into 5 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes and 30 minutes,and the econometric explanation model of green space promoting elderly health was constructed.Taking Gongshu District of Hangzhou City as an empirical case,the index results were obtained by stratified sampling and spatial analysis,Path analysis was used to test the direct effect and mediating effect based on physical activity,and the differences of effect results in different scales were analyzed.The results show that:(1)based on the difference in the significance and intensity of direct and indirect effects of spatial characteristic indicators,the indicators can be divided into direct service indicators and activity carrying indicators.The large-scale regular green patches with canopy,proximity and combination of nature can directly promote the health of the elderly.The open,open and continuous green space with scale effect can promote the development of physical activities.(2)There are scale differences in the benefits of green space health promotion,with more emphasis on green space contact in 5 minutes,more emphasis on green space opening in 10 minutes,more emphasis on green space integration in 15 minutes and activity orientation in 30 minutes.Based on the results of mechanism analysis,promotion strategies at different levels are proposed.At the macro level,it puts forward guidance strategies from the spatial layout,functional characteristics,quality construction and social participation,at the meso level,it puts forward optimization measures based on the differences of life circle,and at the micro level,it puts forward the construction measures of aging suitable places with open green space and linear space as the carrier.The research has the following innovations(1)Innovation of analysis perspective: Based on the analysis perspective of community life circle,based on its unique characteristics and theoretical significance,this paper combines environment and crowd behavior to enhance the complexity of mechanism research.And the neighborhood perception characteristics of the community life circle are corresponding to the demand pattern of the elderly group,which improves the matching degree of the relationship research.(2)Innovation of method application: the application of path analysis in the research of the relationship between green space and health not only expands the application field of the method,but also provides broader ideas for the research,and provides technical support for the exploration of more complex mechanisms.
