Study On Intrinsic Safety Management System Of A Construction Machinery Company

Construction machinery industry,as one of the important equipment manufacturing industry,plays an important role in the development of the national economy.With the rapid development of the domestic construction machinery industry,with the ensuing production safety accidents,environmental accidents,occupational diseases also present a high incidence.The construction and improvement of intrinsic safety management system and the implementation of various safety management work are important issues to ensure the safety production of enterprises.A construction machinery company,as a leading enterprise of domestic road machinery,occupies more than 40% of the domestic market.In this thesis,through the construction of the intrinsic safety management system of a construction machinery company as the research content,the development trend of the intrinsic safety management system at home and abroad,the current situation and difficulties of the intrinsic safety management of construction machinery,the safety production of a construction machinery company is analyzed.This thesis first combs the theoretical knowledge of intrinsic safety,summarizes the intrinsic safety management measures suitable for construction machinery companies,and explores the outstanding problems existing in the safety management of a construction machinery company from the perspectives of safety management system,equipment upgrading degree,personnel composition and training,operation standardization,etc Management system and implementation,supervision and inspection of the implementation of the four aspects of the cause analysis.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the intrinsic safety management system is analyzed layer by layer through MECE analysis method,which is divided into 126 items,and the evaluation standard of the intrinsic safety management system is established to evaluate the equipment and facilities,process flow and workplace;By analyzing the process and results of hazard identification and evaluation,the construction of enterprise intrinsic safety management system is improved.After the implementation of intrinsic safety management,the intrinsic safety level of the machinery company has been significantly improved.It is hoped that this study has certain reference significance for the intrinsic safety management of construction machinery enterprises.
