| In the world advocate green environmental protection,low carbon economy under the background of shipping companies to save costs mostly adopt strategies to reduce speed to reduce carbon emissions,but reduce speed tends to cause the transport time is too long,cause loss of the goods time value increase,cause enterprise quality of service levels,directly affect the long-term interests of the enterprise in the long run.Therefore,it is very important for the sustainable development of shipping companies to reduce the loss of time value of goods,improve the operation plan and business philosophy,and design a more scientific and reasonable scheduling plan.This paper studies the multiobjective optimization problem of ship scheduling considering the time value of cargo from three aspects of operating cost,environmental pollution and cargo time value.The multiobjective optimization model considering the loss of cargo time value,carbon emissions and total cost under single and multiple routes is built respectively.Genetic algorithm and improved NSGA-II algorithm were used to solve the problem respectively.Finally,based on the basic fleet data of a shipping company,the optimal scheduling scheme of container ship allocation under different transportation time and cargo categories is obtained.The main research contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of ship scheduling problem.Then,the paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of container ship allocation,cargo time value,multi-objective optimization theory and its application.The second chapter is the preliminary knowledge,mainly elaborates the related theory of the solution of multi-objective optimization problem and the general steps of NSGAII algorithm.The third chapter studies the time value of the goods is ship single route scheduling multi-objective optimization problem.In view of the problem that the cargo value is very high on some routes and the shipper is very sensitive to the transportation time,the time value of the cargo is firstly dealt with.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model is established which aims at minimizing the total cost,the carbon emission and the loss of time value of goods.Then the multi-objective model is transformed into a single objective model by using the linear plus weight quantization method.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used for the example test.The fourth chapter studies the time value of the goods is more routes ship scheduling and multi-objective optimization problem.Since most shipping companies operate multiple routes,considering carbon emissions and the time value of goods,a multi-objective optimization model of ship scheduling is constructed that is more suitable for the demand of multi-route network.Then,the improved NSGA-II algorithm is designed from the aspects of crossover operator,mutation operator,local search operator of inserting non-inferior solution,etc.Finally,the improved NSGA-II algorithm was used for example analysis and compared with the NSGA-II algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and the improved NSGA-II algorithm. |
