Electric vehicles have become an inevitable trend to replace traditional fuel vehicles,and motor drive systems are one of the key technologies of electric vehicles.The switched reluctance motor has a large starting torque,simple structure,and adapts to harsh environments.It is an important option for electric vehicle drive motors.The main disadvantage of the permanent magnet synchronous motors that are widely used at present is poor field weakening performance,while the switched reluctance motor has excellent field weakening characteristics,but the disadvantage is that the torque ripple is large.This article is based on the four-phase switched magnetic motor designed by the SRD laboratory to optimize its control algorithm and perfect the design of the controller.Torque ripple has always been an unfavorable factor restricting the application of switched reluctance motors,so this paper adopts direct instantaneous torque control and optimizes related algorithms to improve the performance of switched reluctance motors and reduce torque ripple.The research object of this paper is a four-phase switched reluctance motor with a rated power of 22 kW and a rated speed of 2000 rpm.Considering the structural characteristics of the four-phase switched reluctance motor,an asymmetric power conversion circuit is used.Aiming at the phenomenon of large current peaks during commutation,a method of on-line adjustment of the opening angle is proposed,which effectively reduces the current peaks,reduces torque ripple,and improves the operating efficiency of the motor.Using linear active disturbance rejection control instead of traditional PI speed loop control improves the adaptability of electric vehicles to road conditions.The motor controller is controlled by STM32F302R8T6,the hardware circuit design of the switched reluctance motor drive system is completed,and the control algorithm is simulated and verified.
