Modern trams have experienced a century of rise,development,decline and revival,as a new type of Light Rail Public Transport developed on the basis of the traditional trams,it has many advantages,such as low-carbon environmental protection,comfortable ride,large transport volume and sightseeing function,etc..At present,trams have opened more than 20 lines in more than 10 cities in China,and are increasingly becoming one of the important choices of public transport travel.However,due to the diversity and complexity of urban road traffic modes in China,traffic management is relatively backward,and there is still a lack of perfect laws and regulations in the examination and approval procedures,planning and construction,and operation management of trams,it restricts the application of trams in cities and brings certain risks to the operation safety of trams,which affects the healthy development of trams.How to integrate the operation of trams into the mass transit system and coordinate the relationship between trams and other public transport,private cars and pedestrians is the key factor to decide whether the planning and construction of trams are reasonable and whether they can be operated successfully.In the planning and construction of most urban trams,the analysis of their impact on road traffic is ignored.In a word,for the development and planning of modern trams,the planning scheme should be carefully made,the corridor passenger flow scientifically analyzed and the transportation system optimized as a whole.In order to promote green travel,effectively ease the traffic pressure in Wuhan Guanggu district,Donghu New Technology Development Zone invested in the construction of the T1T2 test line of Trams,which opened for trial operation on April 1,2018.High-quality and high-standard construction of the project,vehicles and communications,signals,control systems are also adopted at home and abroad advanced technology."Guanggu Quantum" trams have been put into operation for two years,effectively relieving the traffic pressure in the Guangu area of Wuhan,improving the service quality and operating efficiency year by year,and frequently receiving visits and exchanges from industry experts or other cities,has gained a reputation in the industry.However,the operation of "Guanggu Quantum" is not going smoothly.There are frequent traffic accidents that rub up against each other on the streets of Wuhan.After judging from the traffic accidents at the scene,it is believed that the responsibility lies with social vehicles or pedestrians breaking the rules and causing accidents,however,it still has a great negative impact on the public opinion of the tram.Despite the fact that signs such as traffic control and traffic signs are set up to remind pedestrians and vehicles at intersections along the Tram Lines,most traffic collisions occur at level crossings,this also directly reflects the risk of tram operation safety focus is the intersection.Due to the lack of corresponding detailed standards for the right of way and the Safe Operation Management of modern trams in China,how to perfect and formulate the standards of traffic flow and pedestrian flow,as well as the traffic authority and responsibility,has become the focus of urgent attention.Therefore,this article selects Wuhan Guanggu Modern Tram Operation Security Management as the topic to carry on the research,carries on the summary Analysis to the domestic and foreign tram operation situation.Through a series of typical accidents in the operation of trams at home and abroad in recent years,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the accidents,puts forward the rectification and prevention measures,and adopts the LECD analysis method to make a risk analysis of the safety accidents in the operation of trams,and finds out the countermeasures,in particular,the safety countermeasures at level crossings,from the technical means,scientifically to effectively improve,and then from the management to improve and improve the depth.Based on the summary of the whole process of Guanggu modern trams from planning and construction,condition acceptance,safety evaluation,continuous improvement and improvement of safety management during operation,and on the basis of the significant reduction of traffic accidents at intersections,this paper analyzes the remarkable achievements of safety management,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on the safety of trams operation,which can be used for reference by common trams operation companies to promote and promote the healthy development of trams.
