The production control system and related primary and secondary equipment used in the Wanfu 110 kV substation,which has been in operation for 15 years,have gradually appeared problems of poor anti-interference and weak stability,which cannot meet the requirements of the ever-increasing power system for stable and safe operation.,And cannot adapt to the management mode of modern power system.The integrated substation automation system formed by the gradual integration of industrial computers,power system communications,and databases as platforms has obvious advantages such as rich and diverse functions,standardized structure,strong plasticity,and friendly human-machine dialogue,and is welcomed by the majority of technicians engaged in power production,operation,maintenance,and maintenance.The management personnel researched and decided to optimize and transform the related primary and secondary equipment,integrated automation system and related production auxiliary control system in the station,so as to improve the operation and maintenance management level of the power production of the substation.After conducting an on-site survey of Wanfu Substation and rigorously demonstrating it in light of the analysis and conclusions of Wanfu Substation production and operation over the years,the main design technical principles that need to be followed in this transformation plan are put forward.Based on the expected goal of this comprehensive transformation and related commissioning requirements,the selection plan of major equipment such as the integrated automation system,primary equipment,secondary equipment and intelligent production auxiliary control system that meets the actual conditions of the Wanfu substation has been carefully formulated.In order to solve the remote location of the station,low operation and maintenance efficiency,serious equipment aging,a fault recording device,a line backup device,a comprehensive application server,a fire alarm device,an electronic fence device,and Beidou,GPS were added in the renovation.Equipment with superior performance such as dual-source clock synchronization devices is expected to improve the performance of the existing equipment in the old substation,and eliminate the hidden safety hazards caused by equipment problems from the source.Wanfu 110 kV substation replaced all three 110 kV transmission line main protections with optical fiber differential protection to obtain a faster and more stable fault removal ability,and replaced the monitoring background machine power supply with a more reliable non-stop power supply to ensure accidents Under the circumstances,remote personnel have timely grasp of the onsite situation.On the premise of ensuring the safety of on-site construction and the reliability of power supply of the power grid,the on-site construction and commissioning plan of the Wanfu110 kV substation transformation project was formulated.During the construction,in accordance with the actual situation of the substation,the content of equipment transformation,safety technical measures,quality and process requirements were discussed and analyzed,and the changes encountered during the transformation such as the replacement of new and old screens in the control room,temporary background transition,Key issues such as the communication coordination between the protection and the integrated automation system were analyzed and optimized,and a proper solution with strong operability was given,which brought convenience to the smooth progress of the reconstruction and construction of the Wanfu Substation.The transformed Wanfu 110 kV substation integrated automation system has a highly functional combination of the primary and secondary equipment of the whole station,enabling its background operation and monitoring to realize remote real-time transmission,stable data transmission,standardized production and operation management,and flexible system of the whole station.The performance and extensibility are greatly improved.Practical results show that the optimization scheme is effective and feasible.After the transformation,the operation status of the primary and secondary equipment of the whole station is good,and it is suitable for solving the problem of comprehensive automatic transformation of Wanfu 110 kV substation.
