As a new instrument,the oscilloscope power analyzer integrates the oscilloscope’s oscilloscope function and trigger function,and at the same time can realize the highprecision power parameter calculation of the power signal.As the oscillographic power analyzer using prospect is more and more widely,the demand for electricity signal synchronization acquisition is also more and more,and the higher the storage depth of oscillographic power analyzer,capture the fault and the higher the probability of accidental signal,so the need to implement with high variety,system input,storage depth of wave power analyzer needs very urgent.Some oscilloscopes support digital 3D mapping function,which can display the input signal amplitude distribution with time in different color levels or brightness,etc.,which can greatly improve the oscilloscope capture efficiency.By integrating the digital 3D mapping function into the oscillographic power analyzer,the ripple and noise in the power signal can be observed more quickly in the power test,and the probability information of ripple and noise can be calculated,thus the effect of power test can be improved.Based on the project platform of oscilloscope power analyzer,this paper studies the control interface of DDR3 based on AXI protocol by using FPGA of Xilinx Company,and proposes a scheme to realize the parallel storage of multi-system input to DDR3 by utilizing the characteristics of AXI interconnect for self-arbitration.On the basis of this scheme,the following functions are realized:1.A deep storage function with variable channel number and storage depth and triggering function is proposed.The data of any channel in the deep storage mode can be stored in DDR3,and the parallel deep storage function of the channel data at different sampling rates can be realized without interference through Axi interconnect.The user can select the data storage depth and the pre-triggering depth according to the usage requirements,with the maximum storage depth of 512 Mpts.2.on the basis of the deep storage function to achieve the dual capture function,so that users can observe the instantaneous phenomenon of single channel data waveform and long time monitoring waveform.The trend data is captured by low sampling rate sampling point reading deep storage space data,and the instantaneous data is captured by high sampling rate sampling point reading deep storage space data.To meet the needs of synchronous sampling and capture with two different sampling rates.3.a new digital 3D mapping scheme is proposed,which uses DDR3 instead of RAM to build a 3D mapping library,and utilizes the characteristics of channel separation,out of order transmission and transaction cache of AXI protocol to design a digital 3D mapping module based on AXI protocol,which is used to realize 3D mapping.This design can not only realize multi-channel and multi-sampling rate parallel 3D mapping processing,but also can freely set the mapping area size of the 3D mapping library within the storage range of DDR3,and break through the limitation of RAM resources to achieve the maximum65,535 waveform 3D mapping.
