Study On The Evaluation System Of Samrt City Base On Ecology

After the development of urbanization,social economy has been greatly improved,but also exposed a lot of problems,such as environmental pollution,resource shortage,population imbalance,social contradictions,infrastructure lag and so on.The concept of smart city has received extensive attention since it was proposed.The deep integration of urbanization and advanced information technology can effectively improve the quality of urbanization.The whole country attaches great importance to the development of urban wisdom,since it launched research.However,researches on smart cities mainly focus on 3s equipment,Internet,cloud computing and other advanced information technologies to promote urban development,while ignoring the sustainable development of smart cities.The pollution of ecological environment restricts the development of cities.This paper puts forward a smart city based on ecology after studying relevant literature at home and abroad.Wisdom of ecological city as a complex ecological system,the interaction between each subsystem,influence each other,then follow the ecology principle,It is urgent to timely understand the current situation and future development direction of the city,solve the existing problems in the development,promote the coordinated development of economy,society and environment,and build a scientific,reasonable and adaptive evaluation index system.First this paper introduces the concept and connotation of smart city,urban ecology,and smart ecological city.And frequency analysis method,this paper selects the existing index system of indicators,as well as higher frequency with the national standards and international standards,the construction of higher levels of characteristic urban evaluation index system for the selected screening and complementary as primary indicators,The relationship between each subsystem,through the expert survey method for city analysis,determine the use of evaluation indicators.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct a three-layer evaluation index system consisting of target layer,standard layer and index.Layer.Combined with chromatographic weight method and entropy weight method,the weight of evaluation index system was calculated,and a scientific evaluation index system was established.Grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction of intelligent ecological city.the development of the city and adjust the city planning in time.Finally,Jinan city is taken as the research object to scientifically evaluate the development level of smart ecological city,find the weak links in urban development,and give Suggestions based on the theoretical view points of this paper.
