| Since China announced the first batch of national historical and cultural cities in 1982,with the accumulation of theoretical research and practical experience of historical and cultural cities,China’s protection planning system has gradually matured.However,due to the complex historical and cultural background of famous historical and cultural cities in China,the large number and wide distribution,and the "National Evaluation Standard for the Protection of Famous Historical and Cultural Cities" as a protective assessment,it is difficult to accurately evaluate the specific protection work of famous historical and cultural cities.At the same time,the related research on post-implementation evaluation of protection planning in China is still in the exploratory stage,and there are relatively few researches on diversified development of evaluation system,regional complexity and particularity of famous cities,and overall dynamic development of cities.Generally speaking,the protection and development of famous historical and cultural cities in China still face many challenges at this stage.In the protection and development of famous historical and cultural cities,the protection of material space,the display and utilization of cultural heritage,the phased results of protection planning and the improvement of supporting system have gradually become the key considerations after the implementation of the protection planning of famous cities.In the process of applying for a national historical and cultural city,Tonghai was listed as a national historical and cultural city in March 2021 after nearly six years of implementation of the Protection Plan for Tonghai Historical and Cultural City(2015-2030).In recent years,Tonghai historical and cultural city has made some achievements in material space protection,However,there are some problems in the development of famous historical and cultural cities.Therefore,the evaluation after the implementation of the protection plan for Tonghai will not only help to test the effectiveness of the plan,but also help to summarize and analyze the protection and development of famous cities.The post-planning evaluation has guiding significance for the protection and development of famous historical and cultural cities for Tonghai.This thesis takes Tonghai as the research object.First of all,the field investigation of Tonghai County found that it is rich in historical and cultural heritage,but there are some problems,such as fragmented distribution of heritage cities,insufficient utilization of historical and cultural heritage,and sluggish tourism industry.At the same time,we collected the Protection Plan of Tonghai Historical and Cultural City and related data of Tonghai for sorting and analysis.Focus on the post-evaluation of the protection plan of Tonghai historical and cultural city,summarize and analyze the existing problems since the implementation of the protection plan,put forward relatively scientific,reasonable and operable protection and development strategies,and constructively put forward the activation and utilization strategies of historical and cultural cities.Finally,it is expected that through the activation and utilization of historical and cultural heritage,the development vitality will be injected into Tonghai historical and cultural city,so as to realize the sustainable development of historical and cultural city. |
