| With the increasingly intensive high-speed rail network laying work being completed,local governments hope to take the construction of high-speed rail stations as an opportunity to develop high-speed rail transportation hub into a complex with urban place function,and finally realize the value-added development.But looking at the development history of high-speed rail stations,we can see that not all high-speed rail stations can be developed.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the development potential of high-speed rail station area,so as to guide the follow-up development of high-speed rail station area.In this paper,through the summary of high-speed rail evaluation literature,we get two kinds of indicators that determine the development potential,and use DEA analysis method and fuzzy evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of the development potential of Beijing Shanghai high-speed rail station area.The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the research literature at home and abroad,it is determined that the high-speed rail economic effect level and the station design and planning level are the two main levels that affect the development potential of high-speed rail stations,And based on this,This paper makes a brief analysis of how these two aspects affect the development power of the purified high-speed railway station area,and determines the comprehensive evaluation method based on dea-fce method,so as to complement each other’s disadvantages in the multi index comprehensive evaluation.Then,through the index induction of the existing high-speed rail project comprehensive evaluation research literature,the high-frequency index related to the evaluation of station development potential is selected to ensure the reliability of index selection,and the evaluation index system and the evaluation grade set are established.Finally,DEA method and fuzzy evaluation method are used to calculate the station development efficiency index and the station development scale index respectively,and then weighted comprehensive evaluation is made on the calculation results,and the comprehensive evaluation results of the development potential of 17 stations along the Beijing Shanghai high speed railway are obtained.The comprehensive evaluation results show that: the higher the development potential of the site area,the better its comprehensive development efficiency;the site area with low development potential is mainly limited by the development scale,resulting in low comprehensive efficiency;at the same time,the higher the coordination between the site construction and development planning and the city in the area with high development potential.According to the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the comprehensive evaluation results of the site development potential:(1)emphasis on economic accessibility;(2)development of related industrial chain due to station and city;(3)development of high-speed rail tourism industry;(4)investment in talents to attract talents;(5)reasonable planning of site selection;(6)redistribution of development income;(7)It is necessary to improve the development supervision mechanism;(8)emphasize the coordination of station city planning. |
