Aerospace engineers are one of my country’s future development directions,and aerospace plays an indispensable role in promoting my country’s development.In all aspects of life today,the Chinese people also enjoy the convenience and efficiency brought by the development of aerospace technology.In addition to the development of the aerospace field,in today’s digitalization,the convenience,simplification and automation of various devices are inseparable from the development of the integrated circuit field.Electronic chips are due to their fast operating speed and reliable functionality.,Allowing integrated circuits to be used in almost all fields today.In recent years,electronic devices have been more and more used in space.For the current space environment,it is inevitable that there will be incidents of device failure caused by radiation phenomena such as particle incidence.For circuit devices,radiation resistance must be reinforced to ensure the stability of integrated circuits.Therefore,radiation resistance reinforcement has become an indispensable part of integrated circuits currently used in space.The integrated circuit anti-radiation technology is also listed as one of the research directions in the field of microelectronics and aerospace.In the current electronic communication field,people’s demand for high-speed,lowpower transmission devices is increasing.Therefore,in the field of data transmission,LVDS is because of its high speed,low power consumption,low cost,and strong resistance to common mode noise.The advantages are widely used in the field of data transmission.In this paper,based on the LVDS system in the Serdes circuit,the LVDS system is improved and anti-radiation reinforcement,and LVDS drivers,receivers and some auxiliary modules are designed.Finally,a circuit with LVDS function and a layout with anti-radiation function are realized.This paper sets up an entire LVDS system based on SMIC’s 0.13μm process.Among them,the LVDS driver adopts the LVDS driver with common mode feedback.Through the LVDS driver,the serial CMOS signal is converted into a differential signal.The driver provides driving capability for the transmission signal at the same time.The common mode feedback is used to enhance the stability and anti-radiation of the driver.According to performance.In the receiver,the equalizer is used to reconstruct the transmission signal,which realizes the high frequency amplification of the transmission signal.Then use the sensitive amplifier type trigger to sample the LVDS signal.The LVDS differential signal is converted into a CMOS signal.At the same time,the circuit of the sensitive amplifier flip-flop is strengthened against radiation by RHBD,and then the simulation results are given.Finally,in order to achieve better anti-radiation performance,in terms of layout design,the layout is designed with ring grid,half ring grid and guard ring structure to further enhance its anti-radiation performance.
