In recent years,the state has put forward new strategic requirements for the construction of ecological environment.China’s energy development layout constructs a green,low-carbon,intensive and efficient modern energy system,the core content of which is the "Internet" intelligent energy construction,which covers many fields of national energy.The construction of smart grid includes the digital upgrading and development of power supply,transmission and distribution network,load and so on.Among them,smart meter is an important basic equipment for recording information data in power industry,and is the "cornerstone" of smart grid.Therefore,the study of intelligent meter remote acquisition system is of great significance and broad prospects.Based on the application status of intelligent meter remote acquisition system,this thesis analyzes that with the iterative updating of intelligent meter and the development of communication technology,the early acquisition system gradually exposes the limited ability to adapt to the environment.Technical defects such as poor versatility and extensibility.Under the background of industry upgrade,combined with the current demand of power industry for acquisition system,the main work of this thesis is to build a set of intelligent meter remote acquisition system which conforms to the existing regulations of power enterprises and terminal equipment access requirements and is closely integrated with other power service systems.Realize data acquisition management,business support,interface service,data analysis application and other functions.This thesis adopts the Java 2Enterprise Edition enterprise platform architecture,the development technology adopts the service-oriented architecture SOA constructs the application system,uses the flexible transaction control mode,deploys the multi-level distributed model,the whole system consists of a series of different granularity application components.According to the business relationship,each component provides a set of external service interfaces.By using open source Postgres SQL database and distributed storage design,this thesis constructs a system-wide logical unified collection and storage data center,which supports multi-scene applications.The database is shared and provides a solution to get rid of technology.The system has good business flexibility and compatibility.The design and implementation of this thesis through the system function,performance efficiency,system security and other aspects of testing,verify that it can meet the design requirements,achieve collection management,data management,operation and maintenance management and business applications,meet the requirements of the power industry specifications,ensure the security of the system and user data,can provide the necessary technical support for power enterprises to improve the level of information management.
