In the context of power system automation,the number and types of various hardware,software,and network resources used by Sichuan Electric Power Company in the business management process are increasing rapidly.How to integrate and automate management of these information resources is an important challenge in the internal business management.Under this circumstance,the company proposed the development task of the information resource operation and maintenance system,and planned to incorporate the static information and dynamic services of various information resources into the management category,improved the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of information resources.According to the functional positioning and application environment,the system is designed and developed by the use of SNMP,Java Web,SSH and other software technologies,theories and tools,and the key technologies,principles and methods in the system development process is analyzed in detail.The research trends at home and abroad is introduced,and the research and development technology and theory of the system is studied.Secondly,the current situation of operation and maintenance management of information resources such as software,hardware and network of Sichuan Electric Power Company is nvestigated and analyzed,the development goals of the system is analyzed according to the problems in business management,and the development requirements and goals of the system’s functions and non-functions are introduced in detail.On the basis of the system requirement analysis,the system is designed in outline and in detail.In the outline design,the network structure,functional framework and internal module division of the system are analyzed,and the data view of the system is analyzed,the data table is designed;In the detail design research,the Java class structure and function flow of the system function module is analyzed and designed.According to the outline design and detailed design of the system,the function of the system is researched and developed by the timing diagram technology,and the function realization method,process and key code are studied,and the cross-sectional diagram illustrating the system is displayed.Finally,according to the system’s functional and non-functional development requirements,the system is deployed for service,and the system’s functional performance and performance indicators are tested.According to the actual test results,the system development results are verified.The information resource operation and maintenance system adopts SNMP simple network management protocol technology as background service support.And the system is designed and developed in accordance with the requirements of the integrated management of information resources of Sichuan Electric Power Company,and can integrate all the company’s hardware,software,network and other information resources for management and maintenance.Therefore,the system has high real-time and convenience,and has a positive role in promoting the efficiency of the company’s information resource management.
