| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society as a whole,the power level of various regions is also improving rapidly.At the same time,the power demand and power supply capacity of the western region are also gradually improving.However,in the western region,although the power supply capacity is more than enough,the problem of slow troubleshooting has not been solved.This thesis mainly takes Changdu city in Tibet as the main experimental object,fully investigates the defects of basic equipment,and carries out field transformation on these defects,mainly including feeder automation transformation,distribution equipment and terminal transformation,computer room transformation and communication system construction.Provide physical facilities for feeder automation.In order to use the system efficiently,the fault location is calculated combined with the fault location algorithm,According to the analysis results of the master station or sub station and the fault location determined by the results,automatic and reasonable power supply recovery measures are taken to cut off the power supply of the feeder section in the fault area of the distribution network and maintain the normal power supply of the distribution network area without fault.The system adopts C / S architecture design,and the database adopts oracle.According to the requirements of all aspects,the system is studied,and a distribution network control and management system with feeder automation as the main function is designed.The system has been reformed in Changdu area,and the transformation of line network has reached more than 90%.The system greatly improves the power distribution fault handling in Changdu area,improves the power stability,and significantly reduces the overload rate.It realizes the efficient handling of feeder automation fault in various areas by combining the master station with the sub station... |
