Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) Of Jimo Ancient City Based On Regional Culture

The ancient city is an important historical and cultural heritage.Based on the dual needs of urban development and cultural protection.The ancient city of Jimo was rebuilt on the original site,trying to become a new historical and cultural city and tourist holy land.The reconstruction of the ancient city is not only to reproduce its historical features,but also to inherit and develop traditional life characteristics,inherit the cultural foundation of thousands of years,make it full of new charm,stimulate contemporary urban life,and drive the overall economic development of the city.Based on the study of regional culture and related contents,this paper carries out research according to the three procedures of post-use evaluation.In the planning stage,the objective and content of the evaluation of Jimo ancient City should be determined to understand the basic information of the ancient city,such as regional culture,history,spatial pattern,architecture,business format and public space.The users of Jimo Ancient City are taken as the evaluation subjects,and the free interview method,temporal observation and behavioral observation method and questionnaire method are selected as the evaluation methods.The evaluation factor system in the questionnaire is determined by text mining,which is divided into three levels: spatial environment,material function and spiritual and cultural experience.The implementation phase is carried out according to the research plan formulated in the previous phase.Collect and sort out the written data and data generated in the investigation process,and summarize the data for analysis to conclude the problems,situations or advantages of Jimo ancient City;The last stage is the application stage.Based on the problems in the second stage,corresponding optimization methods are proposed for Jimo ancient City in order to truly solve the existing problems in jimo ancient city and provide reference or reference for the optimization of other ancient cities.Through the investigation of the POE in the ancient city of Jimo,a clear understanding of the subjective impression and evaluation of users in the ancient city was obtained.Corresponding optimization methods were proposed respectively for the problems of POE,space environment,material function and spiritual and cultural experience.It mainly includes the establishment of interactive landscape facilities,the establishment of five-sense stimulation environment sites,the construction of business evaluation system,the vigorous introduction of characteristic business types and other aspects.
