With the continuous development and maturity of computer simulation,multimedia and other technologies,virtual reality technology has been widely used in aerospace,game development,education and training and other fields,among which,it is an important direction to apply virtual reality technology to the disassembly and assembly training of mechanical equipment.However,in the traditional industrial field,the disassembly training of machinery and equipment is often limited by equipment,site,funds and other hardware restrictions,and many practical training of machinery and equipment can not be carried out normally.Even if conditions are available to carry out the disassembly training,the safety problems brought by the training process should be considered.The application of virtual disassembly simulation experiments can not only save costs and avoid risks,but also break the traditional space and time restrictions,allowing users to complete various experiments in the virtual environment without restrictions.Therefore,it has important practical value to apply virtual reality technology to the disassembly and assembly training of mechanical equipment.In order to further strengthen the combination of theoretical teaching and practical operation of Marine diesel engine disassembly and assembly training,reduce the actual training cost,and solve the problems such as the site limitation of colleges or training institutions,this thesis takes4L20 Marine diesel engine as the object,and applies 3D entity modeling,mechanical simulation animation,virtual reality,Web and other technologies.By means of Solid Works,3ds Max,Unity3 D and other software platforms,a virtual disassembly and assembly simulation experimental system which can combine theoretical teaching with practical teaching is constructed.The main work contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyze the development requirements of Marine diesel engine virtual disassembly system,study the functions of diesel engine virtual disassembly system,formulate the technical route of system development,and determine the overall design scheme of the system.(2)Based on the in-depth study of the working principle of Marine diesel engine and the analysis of the disassembly logic of diesel engine,the 3D modeling technology is applied to complete the 3D model establishment of Marine diesel engine;Using animation technology to complete the ship diesel engine simulation animation production;Virtual reality technology is applied to complete the virtual scene construction of the system.(3)Through the research of collision detection,ray detection and other technologies in the virtual scene,and the use of C# scripting language,the control of object movement in the virtual scene is realized,and the functional module of virtual disassembly and assembly training of the system is completed.(4)Make use of Web technology to make data transfer between functions inside Unity and methods on the Web side,and realize the interaction between the Web page and the virtual operation scene.The development of 4L20 Marine diesel engine virtual disassembly and assembly training system based on Web3 D can help learners sort out and perfect the actual disassembly and assembly process of Marine diesel engine,greatly improve their learning efficiency,and also provide a reference for the disassembly and assembly training teaching of machinery industry and training of machinery practitioners in colleges and universities in China. |
