With the continuous development of infrared technologies,progress,infrared endless zoom lens applications continue to extend,and the infrared constant zoom lens optical axis consistency and imaging quality requirements are also more strict.This thesis is based on the school-enterprise cooperation project,and the research on the optical axis consistency of infrared continuous zoom lens is studied.Based on motion analysis results,it is improved to enhance the fast target search,endless tracking ability,so infrared continuous zoom of lens optical structure design is of great significance for improving optical axis consistency.This paper is mainly dominated by the infrared continuous zoom lens optical axis consistency,and combines the infrared continuous zoom system by TRIZ theory,kinematics and finite element methods.First,based on the optimal system design principles,the TRIZ theory is designed and studied to the infrared continuous zoom system.The best improvement plan is analyzed by hierarchical analysis and MATLAB.It is theoretically designed and looked for the system;secondly,for optimal improvement,the optical machine structure is created,and the cam cartridge,spring is checked.There is a different length diameter ratio of the lens frame,and the lens’ s different positions,and the guide nails are different,and the lens affects the lens in the spring.The optimal structure is obtained,based on the analysis result design,the optical axis consistency analysis,and visual performance evaluation;finally,the thermal deformation of the main lens barrel before and after the ultimate condition is improved,verify the structure of the central lens accuracy.To verify the rationality and performance of the design of infrared zoom lens,consistency test,temperature test,and high and low-temperature test were carried out for the designed lens.The experimental results show that the optical axis consistency of the improved zoom lens is good,which verifies the rationality of the design and simulation.The standard temperature test and high and low-temperature test confirm that the enhanced lens has better imaging quality and meets the performance requirements of the project.
