With the sustainable development of bulk material handling technology,the belt conveyor is widely used in many fields such as mines,chemicals,ports,and terminals,and has the development trend of long-lucky,high-speed and large amounts.However,engineered belt conveyors often pass through resident houses,schools,hospitals,etc.,resulting in a large noise,and the noise generated by 90 d B is even higher.According to the relevant national standards,the noise standards in the residential area are 55 d B.Excessive noise will not only have an impact on the peripheral personnel,but ultimately limit the development of the conveyor to long distances and high band speed.The roller is an important part of the belt conveyor.It is large,direct contact with the conveyor belt.It is the main aspect of noise generation.At present,there are many types of low-noise rollers in the market,and the noise reduction mechanism needs further research,and The noise reduction effect cannot be tried.To this end,it is necessary to make comprehensive analysis and research on the roller and its noise,and provide theoretical basis for the next noise reduction measures.This paper is based on the school-enterprise cooperation project,the main research content is as follows:First,the vibration theory is used,and the friction theory is in-depth study of the noise generating mechanism of the belt conveying machine,and analyzes the frictional noise of the roller and the conveyor belt,the noise generated by the bearing in the roller,sealed noise,processing Several main factors such as noise generated by assembly errors,and propose a series of noise reduction measures for generating mechanisms.Secondly,by mechanism analysis,the friction noise of the roller and the conveyor belt is mainly,and the method of combining the roller and conveyor ribbon by the method of the Roller and the conveyor belt by the method of using the frictional kinetics of the roller and conveyor.With the change of load and speed,the frictional noise has a growing trend with the increase in speed and the increase in loading.And verified the noise of ultra-high molecular polyethylene material relative to ordinary steel roller by about 20% by simulation.Finally,in order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results and the feasibility of other noise reduction measures,the roller noise test test bench is designed.Based on safety reasons,the coefficient method and the empirical formula are used to perform tension and power calculation of the conveyor,the selection scheme of the device,the driver,load,tensioning,and the establishment of the whole machine model using the Solid Works software,and the test system is established and gives The test plan was taken.In this paper,the noise of the intermediate section roller during the operation of the belt conveyor is in-depth research in the operation of the belt conveyor in the operation of the belt conveyor,and the testing test bench is provided,and the testing test bench is proposed to provide theory for industry standards.Support and test verification foundation,it is of great significance to the green environmental development of the belt conveyor.
