With the increasing investment in national infrastructure,the demand for high-grade asphalt pavement compaction equipment such as double-drum roller is increasing year by year in both domestic market and foreign markets.In the fierce competition between domestic and foreign brands of double-drum roller,the noise level of domestic ones have no advantage compared with foreign ones,and with the emphasis on environmental protection,some countries have formulated relatively stricter noise emission standards than the domestic standard for construction machinery,rendering greater challenge to domestic products.At the same time,in order to alleviate the impact of noise on the manipulator and construction personnel,it is also necessary to further reduce the radiation noise of double-drum roller.Therefore,it is very important to improve the noise level of the double-drum roller and to study the vibration and noise reduction of the whole double-drum roller.The research in this paper mainly includes the following points:(1)Taking a certain type of double-drum roller compactor as the research object,we conduct far-field noise test of the whole machine,the approach noise test,the key position vibration test and the whole machine acoustic imaging,Then,the noise source identification of the whole machine is completed through analysis of the test results.(2)On the basis of the analysis of the cab damping performance,the mathematical model of the cab damping system is established,and the correctness of the mathematical model is verified.Then,the influence of the main parameters of the absorber on the transmission rate is analyzed.After which,the mathematical model of the cab damping optimization design is established,and the optimization design of the cab damping is completed.(3)The simulation analysis of the power cabin hood structure is completed,and a double-layer ventilation structure is proposed based on the existing air outlet structure.The effectiveness of this structure is proved by the transmission loss verification and the actual test verification.At the same time,the optimization of the power cabin muffler is completed through the optimization of the internal structure of the muffler,which reduces the noise.(4)After combing the dynamic characteristics of the vibrating steel wheel,the finite element model of the vibrating wheel is established to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the vibrating wheel.On this basis,factors influencing the radiated noise of vibrating wheel which contains the thickness of the support plate in the vibrating wheel,the radius of the inner cylinder and the thickness of the seal plate and the bearing baffle are discussed.It lays a solid foundation for the design of low noise vibrating wheel.Different from most researches on vibration and noise reduction of construction machinery,this paper takes the whole machine as the research object,is bases on experimental tests,and unifies the vibration and noise reduction of power cabin,muffler,cab and working device.It provides a powerful reference for the improvement of vibration and noise level of the double-drum roller.
