In industrial applications,such as mine main ventilation system and caustic soda cooling system,the cold standby redundancy structure composed of two or more identical subsystems is usually used to carry out regular switching operation and maintenance.This strategy can be called off-line switching maintenance.The life characteristics of the system directly determine its operation performance and switching requirements.At the same time,the maintenance effect of each component of the system also directly affects the maintenance time,cost,follow-up performance and optimal switching cycle of the system.In this paper,the problem of Switching Maintenance Decision under different failure modes is studied for the cold standby periodic switched repairable system with one standby or multiple standby.The main research contents include the following three parts(1)Periodic switching maintenance decision of single standby repairable system in soft failure mode.This paper describes the operation and degradation characteristics of the single standby repairable system,defines the maintenance strategy under the soft failure mode,deduces the offline replacement maintenance strategy and the random distribution characteristics of the system failure under the influence of the maintenance degree,and establishes the optimal maintenance cost rate optimization model in the limited time range,so as to determine the optimal maintenance interval,maintenance investment degree and maintenance times.(2)Based on the unified modeling of system maintenance effect,maintenance time and maintenance cost,this paper studies the optimal maintenance decision problem under the hard fault model.The optimal cost rate model of the system in the limited time range is established to determine the optimal maintenance interval and investment degree;Taking the mine ventilation system as an example,the numerical experiment verification and parameter sensitivity analysis are carried out.(3)For the multi reserve system composed of multiple identical components,the group replacement maintenance strategy is defined;The average cost rate model in finite time range is established.The correctness and effectiveness of the strategy and model are verified by taking the hot continuous rolling system as an example,and the sensitivity of parameters is analyzed.The research shows that the introduction of maintenance degree can better achieve the rational use of resources,the service life of the system can be extended by using the life cycle switching maintenance decision,and the maintenance cost can be effectively saved,which provides a theoretical basis for the reserve system in the actual maintenance activities. |
