In a variety of mechanical equipment,the impact force needs to be converted into oil pressure in the hydraulic system,that is,the conversion of mechanical energy and hydraulic energy requires hydraulic transmission technology.With the development of industry,people’s pursuit of work safety,reliability and efficiency is getting higher and higher,so the traditional hydraulic transmission device cannot quickly realize the safe,reliable and efficient locking and opening requirements of the hydraulic system.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to find and master a mechanical product that can quickly lock and open,and it has become the focus of everyone’s attention.The quick response brake cylinder in the hydraulic system can realize that a working mechanism needs to make multiple one-dimensional fast reciprocating movements.Therefore,studying and mastering the laws of the dynamic braking process of fast hydraulic brake cylinders is of great significance for improving production efficiency.There are two existing hydraulic cylinder braking methods: one is called hydraulic cylinder internal braking,and the other is called hydraulic cylinder external braking.The first braking method can only be performed at the internal end,which is not easy to control and adjust,and there are too many factors.Another braking method,which consists of control elements and auxiliary elements,can be used to brake at any external position that is needed at any time.Therefore,the application range of the out-cylinder braking method is relatively wide.The fast hydraulic brake cylinder studied in this paper is a combination of internal and external braking.The large piston inside the hydraulic cylinder is braked and locked by the rigid loading force of the hydraulic cylinder to realize the locking and opening function.This paper studies the locking characteristics of the fast hydraulic brake cylinder and studies the dynamic motion law of the fast hydraulic brake cylinder in the hydraulic system Complexity,master the influencing factors that affect its safe use,reliable work and efficiency.In view of the complexity of the dynamic process of the fast hydraulic brake cylinder and the imprecise braking effect,the paper explains the working principle of hydraulic brake.On the basis of mastering the braking method,fully understand the characteristics and use occasions of the braking method.According to the working principle of the hydraulic brake of the system,analysis and research are conducted on the complexity of the dynamic process of the fast hydraulic brake cylinder and the inaccurate braking effect.After knowing the working conditions of the hydraulic system,this paper designs and models the hydraulic system.The dynamic process of hydraulic brake,that is,the working principle,was elaborated,and then a simulation model of the fast hydraulic brake cylinder was established with AMESim,after verifying the correctness of the model.The effect on the locking efficiency of fast hydraulic brake cylinders is studied by changing the spring stiffness,poppet valve clearance and pore size.It can be seen from the research results that the hydraulic system can quickly and stably realize the locking and opening functions in a given working state,and the correctness of the model has been verified.The paper also analyzes the hydraulic system under the above working conditions,changing the spring stiffness,poppet valve clearance and pore size for research.It can be seen from the results that under the conditions of low piston spring stiffness and high guide rod spring stiffness,the hydraulic system can not only work stably,but also the fast hydraulic brake cylinder has faster response speed and higher response efficiency,and the system is more effective Strong adaptability to changes in working conditions.At the same time,by studying the influence of the poppet valve clearance on the locking efficiency,it is obtained that the smaller the poppet valve clearance,the higher the braking efficiency and the shorter the time of the rapid hydraulic braking system,under the premise of meeting the working requirements.By studying the influence of the pore size on the locking efficiency,it is obtained that the larger the pore,the higher the braking efficiency of the fast hydraulic brake system under the premise of meeting the working requirements.Provide theoretical support for rapid hydraulic brake cylinder locking efficiency improvement and structural optimization.
