| Cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure prefab house is a special building structure widely used in temporary work sheds,disaster relief housing and other projects.It has the advantages of convenient transportation and movement,and it can be loaded and unloaded optionally.However,due to its light weight,good flexibility and low damping,obvious vibration will be caused by the simulation of people’s daily activities,which will cause discomfort for the people in the board room.In response to the problems above,this article combines experiments and finite element simulation to study the dynamic characteristics of the prefabricated house,and on this basis,conducts a human-induced vibration response test,and a comfort analysis for this kind of building while referring to domestic and foreign standards.The main research contents and results are as follows:A cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure movable slab house is sselected as the test platform.The basic dynamic characteristics of the movable slab house are tested by the free vibration attenuation method,and the first-order frequency and damping ratio of the vertical and lateral vibration of the slab house are obtained.The basic dynamic characteristics of the structure are further analyzed with ANSYS finite element,and the finite element model is revised based on the measured results,ultimately the finite element model of the structure is obtained.Through the experiment,the vertical and lateral vibration responses of a coldformed thin-walled light steel structure movable slab house floor will be generated when a single person walking along the length and width directions at a frequency of2.0 Hz are obtained.The results show that the structure will be affected by the pedestrian action.Obvious vertical vibration and lateral vibration appear,of which vertical vibration is more obvious;the vibration generated by walking along the length direction of the structure is obviously stronger than the vibration generated by walking along the width direction.Based on the vibration response test,the structural vibration comfort is analyzed.Combined with the existing domestic and foreign structural vibration comfort standards and specifications,the current research results and status quo of comfort evaluation are systematically explained,and the corresponding vibration acceleration limit standards are selected.On this basis,the frequency weighting simulation filter is used to analyze and calculate the root mean square acceleration after frequency weighting,and the comfort evaluation of the floor of the cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure movable slab house.The results show that horizontal vibration of the board room is relatively light,and the comfort can meet the requirements of relevant standards;the vertical vibration is strong,and there is a serious vertical comfort problem.If the temporary board room is used in the accommodations and offices,it must be carried out to a certain extent before the modification can be continued to be put into use. |
