| With the decrease of traditional energy and its pollution to the climate,the energy structure of the world is being adjusted,and the traditional energy will be gradually replaced by wind power,hydropower,nuclear power and solar power.The rise of wind power industry has promoted the development of wind power equipment.The size demand of wind power tower drum is increasing gradually,and the conventional rolling machine in China cannot effectively meet the demand of wind power industry.A single fan needs more than 30 sections of the drum,and the coil rolling machine has a large workload.Therefore,improving the winding efficiency is of great significance to the manufacturing progress and cost reduction of wind power equipment.Domestic research on offshore wind tower drum coil is still in the initial stage,most of which focus on the analysis of traditional common coil.This paper takes the offshore wind power tower drum and plate coiler produced by Tai ’ an Hualu Finging Machine Co.Ltd.as an example.Based on the research of a large number of scholars and combined with the production practice,it mainly discusses the factors affecting the coiling accuracy of the offshore wind power tower drum and plate coiler,and puts forward a reasonable improvement plan.According to the parameter data of the offshore wind power tower cylinder plate coiler provided by Tai ’ an Hualu Forging Machine Co.Ltd.The process flow of the three-roller plate coiler is analyzed and the load condition is calculated.The three-dimensional model of the work roll,the frame and the whole machine of the offshore wind power tower drum and plate machine were established by using Solid Works software.The established model was imported into ANSYS software for simulation,and the deformation,strain and stress neographs were obtained,and the results were analyzed.Through the above calculation and analysis,the problems existing in the structural design of the plate winding machine are obtained.Improving the structure of the coil machine,the deformation and stress can be reduced and the precision of the coil can be increased.Finally,the improvement scheme is verified to verify the rationality of the scheme. |
