Abstract/Summary:
Offshore wind turbine has the advantages that cannot replaced by onshore wind turbine,in recent years,our country has turned the development of wind power to the offshore.As the key of supporting parts,steel structure accounts for 20%~30% of total investment of the wind farms,and it needs to carry a variety of load combination during the running of wind turbine,thus it has very important significance to carry out optimized design of steel structure using FEA software based on design requirements such as frequency,strength and fatigue life.This article based on the domestic and foreign related research,first of all,using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,using nonlinear spring element based on FEA software ANSYS Workbench to simulate the soil interaction between quintuple-piles based jacket and seabed soil,analyzing stress distribution,the pile vertical bearing characteristics and deformation of the quintuple-piles based jacket in the case of extreme load.Then,analyzing the modal of whole offshore wind turbine support structure(contains tower and the quintuple-piles based jacket),determining the frequencies and modes of support structure,reviewing the natural frequency of the support structure,the sweep swept frequency of the impeller,and the wave frequency;The response analysis of stress and displacement of the whole offshore wind turbine support structure in the action of continued extreme wind once in 50 years;Fatigue life analysis of the quintuple-piles based jacket weld use hot spot stress analysis method and based on the fatigue load time series file,by combining the ANSYS Workbench and Ncode.Finally,the quintuple-piles based jacket strength,stiffness and fatigue life as constraint conditions,the total weight of the quintuple-piles based jacket as the optimization goal to carry out optimization design,get the best result.This article introduces the design process of the quintuple-piles based jacket foundation,and accumulates the relevant experience,and it has a certain reference value for the design and research of offshore wind turbine foundation structure.
