| The rise of BIM Technology represents the development of information and intelligence in the field of transportation.Bridge engineering is an important branch in the field of transportation.In order to achieve the development goal of "smart bridge construction" in China,it is particularly important to develop BIM Technology Application Research of bridge engineering.In this paper,T-beam bridge is taken as the research carrier and BIM thinking mode is used to study bridge design.Due to the scarcity of BIM platform and Bridge related modeling software and the high degree of informatization of bridge parametric model,the modeling efficiency is low,and the information between BIM software and finite element software can not be communicated,which leads to repeated modeling and loss of time cost.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the parametric,accurate and automatic modeling of BIM model of T-beam bridge,and the information interaction between BIM software and finite element software model.(1)Aiming at the problem of bridge modeling,through the analysis of BIM technical characteristics and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of BIM modeling software on different platforms,the Autodesk platform of Revit software is selected.With the help of the advantages of dynamo visual programming platform in curve and surface design,it makes up for the lack of processing ability of Revit for special-shaped structures.The working mode of dynamo + Revit and "parametric family building" are proposed,The overall method of "programming modeling" is to prepare for the realization of automatic and rapid modeling of beam and bridge.(2)This paper designs the whole process of parametric building family of BIM model of T-beam bridge.According to the shape differences of common components of T-beam bridge,it puts forward the classification design method of family template,and classifies the components of T-beam bridge.Through the parametric design of common components of concrete simply supported T-beam,it proves the practicability of this method,In order to realize the rapid modeling of bridge automation,further preparations are made.(3)Through the project of prestressed concrete simply supported T-beam bridge in a province,with the help of dynamo’s visual programming platform,the automatic modeling program of T-beam bridge is compiled,and the method of "shelling method" to locate the wet joint and diaphragm is proposed,which solves the problem of creating and placing the special-shaped structure,and realizes the one click automatic rapid modeling of T-beam bridge,It can provide reference for other BIM model programming design of beam bridge.(4)The first mock exam is to analyze the information interaction between BIM model and finite element software Midas,and compile Dynamo data interaction program,transform the BIM model parameter information into the data information flow that can be recognized by Midas,and realize the interaction of model data information.The feasibility of the information interaction mode is verified by an example,and the BIM parametric model achieves the "one mold,multi use" effect.At the same time,it provides technical support for bridge BIM forward design. |
