As an efficient dust removal equipment,the bag filter has a dust removal rate of up to 99.9%,and it has been widely used in industry.However,in the longterm operation process,problems such as reduced ash removal ability,excessive operation resistance,and heavy maintenance tasks will occur,which not only affects the efficiency of dust removal,but also affects industrial production.The common bag filter failures include broken filter bags,gas storage tank leaks,pulse valve leaks,and ash discharge motor blockage.Therefore,the operation monitoring system of the dust collector is of great significance for the dust collector to maintain efficient dust removal.The current dust collector monitoring system is mostly composed of the upper computer monitoring part,the communication part and the field collection part.Most of them are based on PLC or embedded equipment combined with bus communication to realize the working condition monitoring of the dust collector.However,due to the high cost of PLC equipment,The volume is large and the original equipment needs to be modified,so it is not conducive to the installation and use of small dust collectors.The application of embedded equipment is relatively flexible,and the cost is relatively low.At the same time,it adopts wireless communication,which basically does not need to modify the original equipment.Therefore,this article adopts embedded system and wireless communication to monitor the working condition of the dust collector.In addition,the fault of the dust removal system of the dust collector is difficult to accurately locate,and manual troubleshooting is time-consuming and laborious.In response to the appeal problem,this design developed a set of bag filter monitoring system based on smart sensors,NB-IoT wireless communication,One NET cloud platform technology,and proposed a fault detection method for ash cleaning system based on wavelet analysis.And realized the diagnosis of common faults in the ash cleaning system,and conducted experimental demonstrations.In this design,the monitoring system is composed of intelligent terminal equipment and cloud platform.According to the different parts of the monitoring dust collector,the intelligent terminal is divided into the intelligent terminal of the ash cleaning system,the intelligent terminal of the ash filter system and the intelligent terminal of the ash discharge system.The intelligent terminal collects the relevant data of the dust collector through the sensor,and can realize the fault diagnosis of each system of the dust collector at the terminal.If there is a fault,it will immediately report the alarm information through the NB-IoT module,otherwise it will report the inspection information regularly.The cloud platform is used to receive the information reported by the terminal device,and carry out early warning and push based on the reported information.At the same time,the operation status of the dust collector can be viewed through the remote monitoring interface of the Web terminal.The main research work of this design:1.Design an overall monitoring plan for the bag filter monitoring system according to actual needs.2.Select the controller,sensor,and NB-IoT module,and complete the hardware circuit design of the smart terminal device.3.Based on the hardware design,complete the embedded software design of the bag filter monitoring system,which mainly includes the fault diagnosis program design of the ash cleaning system,the ash filter system,and the ash discharge system monitoring module,as well as the program design of the communication module and the cloud platform.4.Design and complete the development of the remote monitoring interface of the bag filter monitoring system.5.Propose a fault detection method for the cleaning system based on wavelet analysis,and verify its feasibility through experiments.6.Debug the software and hardware of the bag filter monitoring system and test it on site after completion.
