At present,automobile exhaust emissions are the main factor causing environmental pollution,and with the global energy consumption,the energy crisis has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to seek new energy sources to replace traditional energy sources.Pure electric vehicles,with their zero-emissions,abundant energy sources,and high efficiency,can alleviate the environmental pollution and energy crisis caused by fossil energy to a certain extent.However,due to the current technical bottleneck of the power battery of pure electric vehicles,the energy density is not high,which greatly limits the cruising range of electric vehicles and hinders the development of pure electric vehicles.The research content of this article is to formulate a control strategy under the premise of ensuring braking safety,use braking energy recovery technology to recover the kinetic energy of the vehicle during braking and store the recovered energy in the power battery,so that the energy can be recycled and improve the vehicle To a certain extent,the energy utilization rate of the electric vehicle can make up for the deficiency of pure electric vehicles.First,focusing on the research background and significance of this article,it analyzes the importance of the development of new energy vehicles from the environment and energy conditions,and then introduces the domestic and foreign development status of electric vehicles and braking energy recovery,leading to the research theme of this article.Secondly,the basic structure and physical parameters of electric vehicles are studied.By analyzing the influencing factors of energy recovery and combining the parameters of the whole vehicle,it focuses on the parameter matching of the drive motor,the power battery pack and the transmission system.By establishing the vehicle motion equation and power balance equation,three kinds of braking characteristics of the car are proposed,the force analysis of the vehicle is carried out,and the I curve and the β curve are obtained.According to the ECE regulations,the ECE regulations curve is drawn,and the The three curves are analyzed and researched,so that the braking force distribution control strategy proposed in this paper is within this range.Then,analyze and summarize the various reasons that affect the energy recovery of regenerative braking,determine the observation and the definite quantity in the fuzzy controller,and formulate fuzzy rules.Under the fuzzy rules,analyze and determine the limits suitable for braking energy recovery.Complete the distribution of regenerative braking force.Finally,a strategy and plan for braking energy recovery were formulated,so as to use AVL-CRUISE and MATLAB/Simulink software to conduct a joint simulation analysis of the recovery plan.Through simulation analysis under NEDC and FTP75 cycle test conditions,the software’s own As a blank control item,the logic control strategy highlights the advantages of this control strategy in terms of power saving and energy recovery.
