With the increasing exploitation and utilization of marine resources and environment,people’s requirements for the collection of marine information are constantly improving.As the main carrier of information acquisition equipment,the tracking ship is also proposed to have a higher level of navigation control,especially track control.The autopilot is the main equipment for track keeping.During the navigation of the tracking ship,due to the disturbance of the marine environment,the tracking ship will deviate from the preset route.At this time,the autopilot device is required to control the ship to change the course and helps it return to the specified route.In recent years,artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and its application has become more widespread,and it has naturally been applied to autopilot technology.This paper analyzes the motion model of the tracking ship and the interference model of the wind,wave and current,and expounds some algorithm principles of artificial neural network and reinforcement learning.BP neural network optimized by Genetic Algorithm,BP neural network optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization and the Q-learning algorithm optimized by BP neural network are respectively applied to the optimization of the tracking ship’s autopilot,and the simulation of the tracking ship’s track control system is carried out.Under the influence of external factors such as the wind,wave and current,the optimal steering rudder angle for keeping the tracking ship on the track is quickly found by the algorithms,so it can keep the tracking ship sailing along the fixed line to achieve accurate data measurement.This paper describes the autopilot subsystem in the ship survey integrated control system,which has been developed,analyzes the software function requirements of the autopilot module,and explains the functions of the simulated travel module and the wheel-house monitoring module under the autopilot system.This paper implements the software application of the optimized tracking ship track control system.
