Research On Meeting Room Scheduling Optimization Of Municipal Power Supply Company

Meeting scheduling with high efficiency and good services become of vital importance in enterprises.A high occupancy of conference rooms,various kinds of equipment operation and flexibility of the ways of meeting,such as traditional meetings,video meetings,meeting calls,and multimedia meetings make meeting scheduling for business managers becomes challenging.Using large-scale meeting management system can greatly improve the efficiency of the appointment process compared to conventional manual appointment method.To design the large-scale meeting management system,the State Grid Tianjin Jizhou Company meeting room reservation scheduling is under investigation in this thesis.The research is carried out in three aspects: meeting room reservation process and scheduling,video meeting debugging staff dispatch distribution and optimizing the work process of the meeting workers.In the first aspect,the meeting room reservation process was optimized and the meeting room allocation rules were formulated by analyzing the status quo.Based on the VBA algorithm,the EXCEL meeting room automatic scheduling table was designed to achieve the automatic allocation of meeting rooms.In the second aspect,the personnel scheduling double-objective integer programming model was established through the analysis of the working content of the operation and maintenance personnel.Personnel scheduling management is deployed by calculating a personnel allocation matrix.In the last aspect,the meeting service was more reasonable and efficient by optimizing the meeting management process and formulating work procedures.The results show that the optimization can solve the unreasonable occupation in the meeting room allocation process,reduce meeting conflicts,and shorten the meeting appointment time.It can also improve the guarantee rate of meeting debugging,and improve the efficiency and quality of meeting.
