In recent years,with the development of intelligent manufacturing,great changes have taken place in diesel generator factory manufacturing companies.In order to occupy the leading position in the generator field in the next round of industry competition,Company C will make industrial adjustments in time.These adjustments are reflected in the introduction of information technology,project management tends to be agile management,regaining and deepening lean manufacturing ideas,and supply chain restructuring.Among them,information technology is the most important.The introduction of information technology not only changes the process,organizational structure,but also changes our products.The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze how to use lean manufacturing methods and ideas to better utilize MES to serve generator factories.First,this thesis analyzes the current status of the Company C’s generator factory,including the product family,the company’s organizational structure,the main functions of each department and the existing problems of factory production management.At the same time,the application status of MES and ERP and RFID systems are analyzed.Secondly,according to the analysis,the product family is selected as the research object,and the current value flow graph is drawn for the generator set factory.Establish a method for MES to simplify data collection with MII and Power BI.Establish a system framework for cloud APS to simplify and accurately schedule production.A rationalization plan for using MES to evaluate the performance of manufacturing technicians is proposed.Created an RFID intelligent inventory management process.Design and optimize the information feedback mechanism of the Andon system.Create a solution that uses MES to collect potentially critical data and enhance OPACC.Finally,research on Lean Improvement of current factory problems combined with MES.Establish a mathematical model of mixed flow production to achieve a simple and effective quarterly inspection production capacity with MES,MII and Power BI.Suggest ways to improve the feeding method and standardize the operating process.In short,based on the theory and ideas of lean manufacturing,this thesis proposes practical solutions for the practical application of MES in the generator factory,which can help the generator factory to develop intelligent manufacturing and improve OPACC.
