| The industrialization development of residential buildings is the trend of construction in China.Under the background of the rapid economic development of the country,steel-structured prefabricated dwellings have gradually become the focus of the development of residential structural systems due to their high degree of industrialization or standardization,and high reuse rate of materials used.From production to assembly,they are in line with the strategic goal of sustainable development.At present,the main reason for restricting the further development of steel-structured dwellings in China is that the structural system of steel-structured dwellings is not highly matched with the surrounding system,which affects the user’s comfort,which poor sound insulation performance is a prominent reason.The acoustic environment is an important part of the physical characteristics of the dwellings.The comfort of the acoustic environment directly determines the quality of the dwellings.Therefore,improving the sound insulation performance of the steel-structured prefabricated dwelling is one of the important contents to improve the quality of the dwellings.However,at present,In-depth research on the sound insulation of steelstructured dwelling is insufficient.In this paper,the sound insulation performance of steel-structured prefabricated dwellings is studied.Firstly,the sound insulation characteristics of different building components,their contribution to the overall sound insulation and the most significant features compared with other types of residential buildings are expounded.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted on the acoustic environment comfort and sound insulation status of steel-structured dwellings.According to the results of the questionnaire,the weak points of the sound insulation in the steel-structured prefabricated dwellings are clarified.On this basis,via theoretical analysis,experimental research and finite element simulation method,the sound insulation improvement method of steel-structured prefabricated dwelling is discussed,and the corresponding improvement strategy is proposed.The results show that:(1)The evaluation of acoustic comfort and sound insulation satisfaction of steel-structured prefabricated dwellings was lower than that of other types of dwellings,the three weak points are the position of the partition wall,the position of the beam and the column,and the flanking path sound transmission.(2)There are two main factors affecting the sound insulation of the partition wall,they are the material properties of the partition wall and the apertures between the partition wall and the steel frame.The finite element simulation analysis shows that the influence of different material property parameters on the sound insulation of the partition wall is different.Finally,a reasonable range of material parameters is proposed for the light weight of steel-structured dwellings,and an improvement strategy for suppressing the apertures is proposed.(3)For the problem of sound insulation of steel beams and steel columns position,a comparatively experimental method is adopted to find a more economical and reasonable cladding structure by replacing different kinds of structures.The experimental results show that: the sound insulation performance of steel beams and steel column position plays an important role in the overall sound insulation of the room.The effect of setting the cavity is not significant.Finally,the improvement strategy is proposed for the above results.(4)For the flanking path sound transmission problem,the finite element numerical simulation method is used to obtain the different influence of the wall connection mode at different positions.The simulation results show that the flexible junction of side wall panel had obvious effects on inhibiting sound flanking transmission,and the sound insulation capacity was improved by nearly3 d B in low frequency band,however,the flexible junction of the partition wall panel had no obvious effects.Finally,based on the simulation results,the improving strategies are proposed for the wall panel junction construction.The above research results can provide scientific sound insulation technical advice for architectural designers and related practitioners,and provide theoretical basis for the using comfort improvement of steel-structured prefabricated dwelling. |
