The prefabricated steel concrete(SRC)frame structure is one of the green building production methods. This building form has become more and more popular due to its unique advantages such as high construction quality, short cycle, less impact by climatic conditions, and reduction of construction waste.attention.However,this type of prefabricated frame structure mainly has the following problems:On the one hand, due to different local stiffnesses, the force of the members under the action of the earthquake is uneven;on the other hand, the force transmission between the large-scale connector and the concrete is not clear under the action of the earthquake. The connection of prefabricated components is damaged first. Therefore, this phenomenon will make it difficult to apply the prefabricated frame structure to actual projects in earthquake-prone areas. Therefore,it is necessary to ensure that the prefabricated frame structure has good seismic performance. It is also the primary prerequisite for engineering applications. At present, the research on efficient prefabricated steel-concrete dry connection(such as the connection of steel and concrete in the frame structure through anchors)is relatively lagging. The connection area of the fabricated steel-concrete frame node is the key part of the entire structure’s lateral force resistance system. It plays a vital role in the safety and stability of the structure. It is also the core issue that affects the seismic performance of the structure and restricts the development of fabricated buildings. In order to ensure the effective load transfer between prefabricated frame members, the joints should have good strength, rigidity, stability, seismic performance and convenient construction operation. This article focuses on the connection of beam-column joints in prefabricated steel concrete frame structures.Taking advantage of the convenient connection of steel structural members, this paper proposes a new type of steel-concrete frame beam-column joint-steel-concrete composite structure:prefabricated beam end pre-embedded anchor bars and end plates, prefabricated column core area pre-embedded anchor plates and anchor bars,The anchor bar and the anchor plate(end plate)are perforated and plug welded, and the prefabricated beam and the prefabricated column are bolted and welded mixedly connected by the section steel to form a rigid node.Based on this, this paper designed and produced two steel-concrete frame members.Through pseudo-static test loading, the seismic performance indexes of the new joints under cyclic reciprocating loads were studied and analyzed. Therefore, the main research content of this article can be divided into the following parts to systematically study the proposed new node:(1)Summarize and analyze the development status of domestic and foreign prefabricated prefabricated frame structures and the current steel prefabricated connection forms.(2)Combining the mechanical properties of steel components,a new prefabricated steel concrete beam-column connection method is proposed.(3)Three full-scale specimens were used to simulate the seismic action using the pseudo-static loading method to study the hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, ductility, strength, stiffness degradation and energy consumption of the new prefabricated steel concrete frame beam-column joints Capability and other seismic performance indicators.(4)Use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to establish a model and perform numerical simulation analysis, and combine the numerical simulation results with experimental phenomena to verify the correctness of the modeling method in this paper.(5)In order to study the force characteristics of prefabricated components under reciprocating loads, through debugging the numerical analysis model, the key parameters affecting the joints are analyzed, and the change law of the influence of different parameterizations on the seismic performance of the new joints is studied.Optimize to provide help. The main content of the main parameter analysis in this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Axial compression ratio: Axial compression ratio is a key factor that affects the different response of frame structure under earthquake action.Through numerical simulation, the changes in seismic performance of new joints under different axial compression ratios are divided.(2)The length of section steel: Through consulting related literature, the length of section steel has a certain influence on the mechanical performance of the joint. There is no relevant test introduction for the influence of the new type of joint section steel length on the performance of the joint. Therefore, this article adopts the length of section steel.Parametric analysis, and give the recommended value of section steel length.
