| Based on the energy crisis and environmental pollution issues,and in order to achieve the goal of ecological civilization construction,the Chinese government has proposed a strategy of vigorously developing new energy vehicles.As an important supporting facility of the new energy vehicle strategy,the perfection of the charging infrastructure directly affects the development of new energy vehicles.Number of promotion.Although my country’s new energy vehicle charging infrastructure has a certain scale,the problem of charging difficulties still exists.The survey shows that the utilization rate of my country’s charging infrastructure is very low.How to lay out new energy vehicle charging infrastructure,solve the problem of new energy vehicle customers’ difficulty in charging,and improve the utilization rate of charging infrastructure are key considerations for each city.This article mainly provides a basis for the rationality of the charging infrastructure site selection and the operability of construction,and provides a guarantee for the implementation of the new energy vehicle promotion strategy;through the application of the central location theory to the layout planning of the charging infrastructure,and based on the traffic accessibility The service radius of the center has been revised to improve the theory and method of the space layout of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure,which is beneficial to reduce the mismatch of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure and increase the effective coverage of charging infrastructure;it is beneficial to reduce charging The total social operating cost of the infrastructure.At the same time,this article mainly uses literature method,space optimization method and empirical analysis method for research.Finally,the central place theory is combined with traffic accessibility,and the research on the spatial layout of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure is optimized and analyzed.This article first puts forward the existing problems in the current layout of charging infrastructure for new energy vehicles.At the same time,it puts forward the spatial layout of charging infrastructure based on the theory of central place,land use and traffic accessibility.,After summarizing and analyzing research ideas such as the spatial layout of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure and the spatial layout optimization model,the principles,methods and mainstream models of the spatial layout of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure are introduced,and the new energy vehicle charging infrastructure The mainstream model of spatial layout was analyzed,and the mainstream models were compared with the demand for charging infrastructure,the traffic conditions around the charging infrastructure,the difficulty of charging infrastructure construction,and the convenience of users.Based on the central place theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial layout of the new energy vehicle charging infrastructure,through the determination of the charging demand for new energy vehicles,the determination of the radius of the charging infrastructure in various types of land,and the charging based on accessibility.The service radius of the infrastructure was revised,the spatial layout model of the new energy vehicle charging infrastructure was constructed in three steps,and the cost model was constructed to verify the plan before and after the optimization.Finally,taking Tianjin as an example,the constructed model was used for empirical analysis,and the spatial layout plan before and after optimization was compared and verified with the total social operating cost and the convenience of use. |
