With the advantages of huge transportation capacity,low energy consumption,fast and pollution-free,urban rail transit has become an indispensable means of transportation for people.However,while providing convenience for people,rail transit has also been criticized for its vibration and noise pollution.Therefore,it is the key to do research on vibration and noise reduction of rail transit system.In this paper,a S-type spoke Metro wheel is selected as the research object,and a new type of compound noise reduction block device is used to control the vibration and noise of the wheel.Through the laboratory test and simulation,the suppression effect of the noise reduction block device on the vibration and noise radiation of the wheel is analyzed.The size of the compound noise reduction block and the contact condition between wheel and block were analyzed and optimized to explore the mechanism of wheel vibration suppression and sound radiation attenuation.The main research work in the present thesis involves:(1)With the help of B&K acoustic analysis instrument,hammer impact test and falling ball impact test were carried out on standard wheel W0,compound noise reduction block wheel W1,W2 and W3 in semi anechoic chamber.The modal characteristics,vibration characteristics and sound radiation characteristics of compound noise reduction block wheel were tested and analyzed.The vibration and noise reduction effect of compound noise reduction block device on wheel was explored;(2)The finite element model and acoustic model of the compound noise reduction block wheel were established in ANSYS.The modal analysis,vibration response analysis and acoustic response analysis of the wheel are carried out by the finite-boundary element method.The vibration characteristics and acoustic radiation performance of the compound noise reduction block wheel are explored.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the model and provide the reference for the parameter optimization;(3)The size of the noise reduction block,the friction coefficient of the wheel block contact surface and the preload of the wheel block contact are seted as the parameters.With the help of the numerical model,the wheel vibration response under different parameters is calculated,and the parameters are optimized.The contact state between wheel and block is deeply analyzed to explore the suppression effect of compound noise reduction block on wheel vibration and the mechanism of vibration attenuation of the wheel.In this paper,the vibration characteristics and sound radiation characteristics of Metro wheel with the new compound noise reduction block are analyzed,and the mechanism of vibration suppression and sound radiation attenuation of the wheel is deeply explored.The results show that the application of the compound noise reduction block has a positive effect on improving the sound and vibration characteristics of the wheel.The optimization of the block size,wheel block friction coefficient and wheel block preload can significantly improve the sound and vibration suppression effect of the wheel.The conclusion of this paper has reference significance for the research and development of noise and vibration control of rail transit.
