Shear wall is one of the basic component to resist lateral force of high-rise building structure,widely used in shear wall structure,frame-shear wall structure,the structure of the cylinder,and other structures to resist lateral force system.Traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete shear wall due to its since the major,so the distribution of seismic action is big,and long construction period and high wet strength of operation faults.Therefore,in academia and engineering at present,the various types of precast concrete shear wall,steel plate shear wall,the development of steel and concrete composite shear wall,research and application,has been widely concerned.Corrugated steel composite shear wall is a new type of steel and concrete composite shear wall,is in the corrugated steel plate shear walls and flat steel plate composite shear wall is developed on the basis of a new type of structural components with innovative design concept,with a small cross section size,large lateral stiffness,high bearing capacity,but the present domestic research for the combination of corrugated steel shear wall is still in its infancy,need the stress mechanism and seismic performance,design,construction and so on in-depth and systematic research.Paper using numerical simulation method,finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the corrugated steel composite shear wall static load and the seismic performance research.First of all,based on the literature of the edge of steel plate shear wall,quadrilateral connecting steel plate shear wall geometry,mechanics parameters and test loading condition,finite element analysis model are established,respectively,by comparing the results of tests,the numerical simulation results and the literature was verified the correctness of the finite element modeling method in this paper.On this basis,the flat steel plate of steel plate shear wall corrugated steel instead,respectively,puts forward the corrugated steel plate shear wall,the design concept of combination of corrugated steel shear wall,connection on both the corrugated steel plate shear wall and quadrilateral connecting corrugated steel plate shear wall,corrugated steel linear buckling of composite shear wall,the static bearing capacity,the ultimate bearing capacity and cyclic a systematic calculation and analysis.Finally,in view of the above study better mechanical properties of vertical corrugated steel composite shear wall,calculated by finite element modeling and analysis of the waveform and wave from,steel ratio,strength of concrete for main design parameters,such as the static ultimate bearing capacity and the influence of low cyclic bearing capacity.Main conclusions of the thesis is:(1)corrugated steel plate shear wall: Connected by both sides,the vertical bearing capacity of corrugated steel shear wall and a better ability to resist deformation;Connected by edges: when the aspect ratio of 0.8,vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall is optimal,aspect ratio of 1.5 and 1.5,has a better level of corrugated steel plate shear wall.(2)combination of corrugated steel shear wall: the aspect ratio of 0.8,vertical corrugated steel bearing capacity of composite shear wall maximum 7.3% higher than the flat steel plate composite shear wall;Aspect ratio of 1.5 and 2.0,horizontal maximum bearing capacity of corrugated steel composite shear wall is higher than flat steel plate composite shear wall were 6% and 11%.(3)of section steel ratio is the effect on the bearing performance of vertical corrugated steel plate composite shear wall’s largest design parameters: steel content1.2% increase(corresponding steel plate thickness increase 1 mm),the bearing capacity of composite shear wall increases more than 20%,lateral stiffness increased by more than 10%.Corrugated steel sheet using sine wave,bearing capacity of composite shear wall as trapezoidal wave,wave from small corrugated steel composite shear wall stiffness degradation speed slower.Increasing concrete strength grade can improve the bearing capacity of composite shear wall,but also reduce the ductility of shear walls.Thesis research results show that the combination of corrugated steel shear wall has the larger lateral stiffness and earthquake load performance,the conclusion can be combined for the corrugated steel plate shear wall in the application of engineering to provide certain reference in the future. |
