Mining The Influencing Factors Of Electric Bicycle Driver Injury In Traffic Accidents

In recent years,China’s economic development has maintained a steady and rapid growth,society keeps pace with the times,urbanization goes deep into various cities and villages,roads and transportation modes become more and more convenient and rich,but then,the traffic safety problem has become increasingly prominent,which has gradually become a key problem threatening people’s life and property safety and restricting the further development of social economy.At present,compared with other developed countries in the world,the road traffic environment in mainland China still has a big gap.All kinds of traffic accidents occur frequently,especially the traffic accidents related to electric bicycles,which often cause people and property losses.On the other hand,on the basis of the original population of the city,a large number of immigrants move in,which makes all kinds of public transport resources which are already in short supply and demand more unable to meet the needs of the public.In addition,with the promulgation of the "anti motorcycle order" and the policy of restricting license plates and numbers in cities all over the country,it is more difficult for people to travel.When the environmental problems of transportation are prominent,and public transportation can not meet the travel needs of the public,people will choose more convenient and efficient means of transportation.Electric vehicles are cheap,flexible and easy to operate,suitable for a variety of road conditions,so they become one of the most popular means of transportation for the general public.The convenient transportation mode and the road traffic safety state with frequent accidents have become a major contradiction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve the travel conditions,ensure traffic safety,protect people’s lives and property,and prevent and reduce traffic accidents.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of electric bicycle,reviews the characteristics and commonness of traffic accidents in China and the development status of road traffic safety and electric bicycle studied by scholars all over the world,so as to understand the current development status of electric bicycle;Secondly,it studies and analyzes the influencing factors that have direct or indirect relationship with traffic accidents,comprehensively analyzes and excavates the possible causes of traffic accidents from three aspects of people,vehicles and environment,and fully excavates various factors that may affect the occurrence of traffic accidents,so as to lay the foundation for the establishment of data analysis and mining model.Through the integration of the historical data of road traffic accidents,it reflects the correlation between the influencing factors in the process of road traffic accidents.Then,the disordered multi classification logistic regression model is used to build the model,and the data mining is carried out on the factors that lead to the injury of the driver in the road traffic accidents of the electric bicycle.Through the establishment of the analysis model,the relevant influencing factors are found out.Finally,from the perspective of the government,producers and drivers,we can grasp the characteristics of their behavior patterns,find out the loopholes,seek scientific intervention methods,and put forward reasonable suggestions in an all-round and multi-level way.From the government’s point of view,legislation and justice are particularly important,but what is more humanized is the combination of dredging and blocking,and classified governance,We should not only work hard on admittance,supervision,punishment,publicity and education,but also reform and innovate management concepts and methods to find a way of management that is in line with the current social development;From the producer’s point of view,the vehicles and protective measures are directly related to the life safety of drivers,so we should manufacture products in strict accordance with national standards,inherit good culture,obey the survival of the fittest,and put an end to shoddy manufacturing;From the driver’s point of view,the first is to improve the awareness of self-protection and law-abiding,not only to continuously improve the driving ability and adaptability,but also to abide by the rules and discipline,not to run through the red light.The second is to improve the ability of product identification and say "no" to unqualified products.The third is to actively wear helmets,turn on lights and post reflective signs when driving at night.
