| With the increasing demand of equipment intelligent upgrading,the requirements of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology are also higher and higher,and a variety of sensors and terminals are gradually applied to equipment.However,the wear is the main cause of the failure of the friction pair,and there is no effective way to detect the wear directly by the test probe to the friction contact interface.Oil analysis and vibration monitoring are the main means to provide early warning in the field of fault diagnosis.If the two technologies are used alone,there are many problems,such as low monitoring efficiency,single monitoring parameters and low degree of intelligence.Therefore,this paper takes the on-line monitoring of gear wear damage as the research object,and carries out the development and research of on-line oil vibration multi-source heterogeneous information monitoring system.The main work of this paper is as follows(1)A hardware platform for on-line oil vibration multi-source heterogeneous information acquisition of gear wear damage is built.Based on Ni pxie-4492 data acquisition equipment,PCB three-axis acceleration sensor and on-line image visual ferrography oil detection device,the overall architecture scheme of on-line oil vibration multi-source heterogeneous information system is proposed,which realizes the on-line acquisition of oil wear particle visual information and real-time acquisition of multi-channel acceleration signal.(2)A real-time monitoring software for oil vibration multi-source heterogeneous information is developed based on LabVIEW platform.The functions of serial communication and working parameter control,abrasive video image and acceleration data acquisition and processing,data display and data storage are realized by using multithreading technology.The automatic acquisition,processing,analysis and storage of sensor signal are completed,and the online automatic synchronous acquisition of oil and vibration information under unattended condition is realized,The time-domain characteristics of vibration signal and the wear particle characteristics of oil information are extracted,and the abnormal index of gear running state is weighted,which provides the basis for quantifying the degree of gear wear damage.(3)In order to verify the developed system,a 150 hour life cycle accelerated wear test of gears was carried out on a closed force flow accelerated wear test rig.The experimental results show that the system is easy to operate,and the functions of data acquisition and analysis are stable and reliable;The abnormal state index based on oil vibration multi-source heterogeneous information of on-line real-time monitoring can sensitively reflect the evolution law of gear wear.The work of this paper lays a theoretical foundation and technical support for the online acquisition of multi-source heterogeneous big data and the engineering application of intelligent operation and maintenance technology in the process of equipment intelligent upgrading. |
