The Research On Fault Diagnosis Method Of Electro-Mechanical System Based On Multi-Source Information Fusion Status Described

With the continuous development of modern large-scale production and the continuous progress of science and technology, the electro-mechanical equipments are becoming large-scale, high-speed and precise, which makes the degree of automation of production systems increasingly higher, and the mutual coupling effects more stronger, resulting that the possibility of faults of electro-mechanical systems is greatly increased, and the approach of faults appear becomes more complex. In order to avoid unnecessary economic losses and casualties,the state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology has been widely used in various fields.In this paper, the research on monitoring method of electro-mechanical system based on multi-source information fusion has been studied in depth, the main research contents are as follows:1,This paper analysis the current development status of conditiong monitoring and mechanical fault diagnosis and modern technology,information fusion technology and the development and status of video motion technology, this paper proposed a method of multi-source information fusion based on the electro-mechanical systems.2,Analyzed the techniques of multi-source information fusion in details,to make up the methods of condition monitoring in traditional production system,this paper proposed a method of multi-source information fusion based on the electro-mechanical systems.3,Based on MPEG-7 standard, established the structure of description of status based on electro-mechanical systems,and introduced the MPEG-7 visual description tools in details.4,Defined and analysis the timing description of sensor,and introduced the way of information fusion,based on the inspiration of biological,proposed the method of state description based on the code.5,We put forward the concept of space-time in electro-mechanical systems,and proposed the method of description of the state based on muti-source information fusion.
