| Shaking screen is a kind of screening equipment used in hydropower,coal mine,smelting,highway and other fields,the driving device for the exciter.Adopted by the market at present there are some defects of three-axis elliptic vibrating screen box,baotou iron TDSL3090 elliptical vibrating screen in daily production problems mainly reflected in the screen box side plate deformation,Li Zhen Qi bore wear and tear,lower part of screen box,box beam crack,etc.,analyze the screen box structure optimization,to improve its working reliability is of great significance.In this paper,the application background,structure composition and working principle of TDSL3090 elliptical vibrating screen in the field are introduced in detail,the differential equation of elliptical vibrating screen is established,and the expression of the motion trajectory equation of the center of mass of the screen box is obtained.The model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for finite element analysis of modal stress and dynamic stress,and the first 12 order natural vibration shapes and frequencies of the elliptical vibrating screen were obtained.The harmonic response analysis module in ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and solve the stress distribution of the vibrating screen box under the stable working state,and the stress analysis of the universal coupling of the main joint parts is carried out,which makes the analysis more comprehensive.Finally,according to the analysis results,the optimization scheme of the screen box is put forward. |
