| Large scale grid connection of wind power brings great pressure to power system dispatch.At the grid level,due to the uncertain factors brought by the wind power grid,it increases the difficulty of the implementation of the scheduling plan;at the wind farm level,because of the different control strategies and other aspects,their schedulability is divided into different performance levels,and it is difficult to ensure the fairness of their scheduling.Therefore,this paper is committed to building a coordinated dispatching model of power system considering the wind farm friendliness.While ensuring the utilization rate of wind power,priority should be given to the wind farm with high grid friendliness to promote the improvement of its operation and maintenance level,and reduce certain dispatching costs,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the grid and wind power enterprises.Firstly,this paper studies the theory and method of power system economic dispatch modeling considering wind power uncertainty.By analyzing the influence of the uncertainty of wind power grid connection on the power system scheduling,establish the random output model of wind power,and the chance constrained programming theory is introduced to describe the uncertainty of wind power,so as to build the economic scheduling model of power system with wind power.Next,this paper proposes a kind of evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation method of the friendliness considering the schedulability of wind power.In order to measure the schedulability of the wind farm,an evaluation system of the friendliness of wind farm is constructed from the aspects of active power control,prediction accuracy,scheduling plan response,etc.Based on the entropy weight method to weight each index objectively,and finally the friendliness index of the wind farm is quantified,and its impact on the power system scheduling is quantitatively analyzed.It lays a foundation for the construction of a coordinated dispatching model of power system considering wind farm friendliness.Then,this paper constructs a day-ahead and day-inside coordinated dispatching model of power system considering the wind farm friendliness.The model takes into account the economy of scheduling cost,the fairness between wind farms and the low wind abandoned rate of wind power.It coordinates and corrections between the two different time scales in the daily dispatching stage and the intraday rolling scheduling stage in order to satisfy the constraints of active power balance,the upper and lower limits of the conventional unit power and the climbing ability,so as to complete the rational formulation of the power system dispatching plan.And the scheduling data is fed back to the friendliness evaluation part,and the historical data of wind farm is updated synchronously,which plays a role in the formulation of subsequent scheduling plan.At last,this paper simulated the comprehensive evaluation system and coordination scheduling model.The historical operation data of wind farm is used to evaluate its friendliness,to verify the rationality of the evaluation system and the objectivity of the evaluation method.The IEEE 39 node system is used to simulate and verify the coordination scheduling model.The analysis of scheduling plan formulation,fairness among wind farms,scheduling economy and other aspects shows that the scheduling model in this paper can reasonably and accurately formulate scheduling plan considering the economy and fairness.A reasonable dispatching plan is made for a typical dispatching day of Jiangsu Subei power grid system to verify the feasibility of the dispatching model. |
