With the open of electricity market,users can select different electricity supplier.Air-conditioning load is the most important part of the power system,inverter air-conditioner occupies bigger and bigger part in the market.Air-conditioning system has thermal storage ability,which has huge potential of load adjustment,and is important demand response resources under smart grid,with the fast speed and great potential in demand response.With the development of new energy and electrical equipment,users can install photovoltaic devices,and generate power for own use,in the future power system,distributed generation and energy storage equipment is important new demand response resources.But the biggest characteristic of new energy is intermittent and random,in order to guarantee the safety and economy of power system,it is comprehensively instructive to research how to get photovoltaic power maximum access to system,and employ air-conditioner demand response reserve and energy storage device to reduce the effect of photovoltaic power fluctuation to the power grid.Based on the physical model of inverter air conditioner,the potential of demand response of inverter air conditioner group is researched.On this basis,the multi-time scale coordinated scheduling model of photovoltaic power is established,the scheduling of different demand response are analyzed,and factors affecting the utilization of energy storage equipment and the distribution of reserve resources are fully studied,Firstly,models of different generalized demand response resources are built.Based on the one-order equivalent thermal parameters(ETP)models,according to the function between power,cold and room temperature,outdoor temperature,compressor frequency,the single inverter air-conditioner load is modeled.The operation characteristic and the potential of single air-conditioner is analyzed.The control method of air-conditioning group is proposed by uniting maximum power reduction duration,the schedule of estimating the demand response potential of air-conditioning group is built.Considering the rebound load when the air conditioning group is out of control.the schedule of air-conditioning exit control is designed.The characteristic of the potential of air-conditioner group is analyzed.The model is built to describe the photovoltaic generation and its uncertainty.The price of unit quantity of electricity is proposed considering the life and maintenance cost of battery.Secondly,from the perspective of power suppliers,the models of users installing photovoltaic devices and generating power for own use are researched.Battery as energy storage equipment,charging at low price,discharging at high price,suppliers provide demand response service to respond system demand of cutting peak.To guarantee the economy and sufficiency of demand response resources that can consume the error of the value of photovoltaic forecast.The multi-time scale coordinated scheduling model is established.The working state of battery and time of applying air-conditioning group is optimized.The maximum profit of power supplier is taken as objective,the uncertainty of photovoltaic power is taken as chance constraint and converted into certainty equivalent condition when solved,the day-ahead scheduling model is established.The minimum unbalance and minimum regulation are taken as objective,the intra-day scheduling model is established.The evaluation index of intra-day tracking effect is established,based on the simulation,the effect of considering the error of the value of photovoltaic forecast in the day-ahead scheduling on intra-day tracking and benefit of supplier is verified.the effect of confidence degree is analyzed.Finally,the utility index of generalized demand response resource is established to evaluate the distribution of reserve resource,including the day-ahead adjustment proportion of the reserve resources,the conversion of battery,the benefit of power supplier.The simulation of the change of TOU price,the number of users,the demand of peak load shifting and the change of the weather on the day-ahead scheduling is studied,and some advice is given based on the analysis. |
