Research And Edvelopment DF Paper Packing Structure Design System For Fragile Glass

With the rapid development of computer technology,full realization of digitization has become a new trend in the development of packaging design manufacturing.The material properties of glass fragile products have a strong dependence on packaging materials and structure.The development of a paper packaging structure design system for glass fragile products has strong practical value.This paper takes glass fragile products as the research object,and adopts a combination of theoretical research,software system development and experimental verification to develop a paper packaging structure design system for glass fragile products.The main research content and research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the classification of glass fragile products and the characteristics of the packaging structure of the fragile products,four main correlation factors between the glass fragile products and the packaging structure design are obtained.(2)Based on the existing packaging structure,new packaging structure types were expanded,and the reliability of these packaging structures was verified through experiments,and the packaging database was constructed to store data information.(3)Combining the packaging structure design principles and specifications and system development requirements,a packaging structure design method was established.Based on this method,the overall system architecture design was carried out,which laid the foundation for system development.(4)Aiming at the design of the packaging structure of glass fragile products,using Grasshopper and Visual Basic as language carriers,Rhino as the packaging structure database and model loading window,and realizing glass fragile products The development of the paper packaging structure design system.The installation and operation show that the system developed in this paper is feasible and has strong practicability.
