Design And Research Of Xi’an Real-time Bus App Based On Service Design

The national level first propo sed the policy of prioritizing the development of public transportation,which provided an effective way out for the construction of public transportation in the city,and then the local government level also began to implement a series of policies to alleviate traffic congestion in the city.Nowadays,with the improvement of residents’ living standards,there are also higher requirements for the experience of public transportation,and public transportation services need to be further improved to meet the diverse travel needs of residents.At present,the research on real-time bus service design is relatively single,and most of the literature analyzes from the perspectives of vehicle scheduling,route optimization,and real-time prediction.This article mainly conducts a comprehensive research on real-time bus services from the perspective of design,and enhances users’ travel experience by bus.Through the collection and analysis of related literature on service design and real-time public transportation,this research clarifies the current research status of real-time public transportation services and provides theoretical guidance for subsequent research on real-time public transportation services.Through a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the competing products of the real-time bus APP,summarize their respective advantages and disadvantages and summarize the current market real-time bus service function architecture,etc.,to open up innovative ideas for service design practice.Then,conduct a field survey’ of Xi’an Public Transport,which mainly conducts a service demand survey of users in Xi’an,and grasps the characteristics of user groups and service needs.Use the theories,methods and tools of service design to sort out the main task processes,many touch points and various stakeholders in the process of users taking public transportation,summarize the service design strategies of real-time bus,and provide guidance and basis that are conducive to design practice.Finally,the theoretical research is applied to specific design practice,and the Xi’an real-time bus APP based on service design-"Zhida Bus" APP is designed to provide new ideas for design practice in the real-time bus field.
