In the complex and ever-changing air battlefield environment,limited by factors such as reconnaissance range,attack intensity and working efficiency,the battlefield survivability and task completion efficiency of a single unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is greatly reduced.The UAV swarm is formed by a group of small UAVs through autonomous networking and collaborative operation,which can greatly improve the task execution completion ability.Wireless ultraviolet(UV)light can provide a reliable and secret communication network for information interaction among UAVs under complex atmospheric and electromagnetic environment.Considering the limited energy carried by UAVs in actual combat flight,designing the energy efficiency optimization communication routing algorithms in the process of information interaction among UAVs can effectively prolong the operation time of UAV swarm.Therefore,combining the characteristics of UV scattering communication,the energy balancing routing algorithm of wireless UV communication network in UAV swarm under different network structures is studied in this paper.The main works are as follows:(1)An energy balancing plane routing algorithm of UV communication network among UAVs is studied.In view of the energy consumption balance problem of UAVs plane network,UV communication link model and energy consumption model are analyzed.Based on the flocking control theory to keep the formation of UAV swarm,the UAV nodes adjust the transmission power to obtain the information of neighbor nodes and establish the information tables.Then the communication link path loss and the remaining energy of UAVs are introduced to construct the link weight function during routing.Finally,the optimal communication route among UAVs is founded according to the link weight function.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can dynamically select the multi-hop data transmission path according to the energy of UAV nodes to exchange information commands,which can prolong the operation time of UAV swarm.(2)An unequal clustering energy balancing routing algorithm for wireless UV cooperative UAV swarm is studied.Due to the advantages of low transmission delay and strong scalability,the clustering routing algorithm is more suitable for large-scale UAV swarm network.By introducing the energy of UAV nodes and the distance between UAVs,this paper improves the selection threshold of candidate cluster heads and the clustering conditions of nodes of the EEUC algorithm.And in the process of inter-cluster communication,the data is forwarded to the leader UAV through selecting the best relay cluster head node.The simulation results show that compared with LEACH and EEUC,the energy efficiency of the UAV network under the improved algorithm is increased by 21.7%and 4.6%respectively,the lifetime of the network prolongs by 26.2%and 7.8%,which effectively improves the network performance of UAV swarm.In summary,the energy balancing routing algorithm of wireless UV communication network in UAV swarm is mainly studied.It is verified by simulation that the routing algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively balance the communication energy consumption of UAV nodes and prolong the operation time of UAV swarm.
