Dynamic glare is a typical light pollution phenomenon,the accurate evaluation and effective prevention of which is the great significance for the optimization of the light environment,especially in the design of road lighting.At present,the static glare evaluation system is relatively complete,but there are few published research results in the field of dynamic glare,and in the actual testing of static glare,different types of glare measuring instruments do not measure and test uniformly.With the development of glare metrological verification,the requirements for objective evaluation of dynamic and static glare as well as detection technology are becoming higher and higher,and it is urgent to study the dynamic glare evaluation index and unify glare measurement standard under transient environment.Referring to the shortcomings of threshold increment in evaluating dynamic glare,the thesis takes the glare caused by road lighting as the research object.Starting from the visual characteristics of human eyes,a dynamic glare evaluation method is proposed and a dynamic glare evaluation model is established.Taking the change of the human eye’s visual field as the starting point,the thesis investigates the influence of the change of the driver’s driving speed on his perception of the equivalent light curtain brightness of the lighting environment he is in,and uses various mathematical models to fit the relationship between the driving speed and the ratio of dynamic and static equivalent light curtain brightness under the corresponding driving speed,and explores the dynamic and static glare difference coefficients.The experimental results show that the dynamic and static glare difference coefficients are positively correlated with the driver’s driving speed;the relationship between the dynamic and static glare difference coefficients and the driving speed is best described by the exponential function model from the analysis of the goodness of fit and variance test.The evaluation method can lay the foundation for the establishment of dynamic glare evaluation system and provide design basis and solution for road lighting design in China.Referring to the problem of inconsistent testing standards for glare measurement devices,a method for designing standard dynamic and static glare sources for transient environments based on threshold increments is proposed,and a standard dynamic and static glare calibration system is built.The structure of the standard dynamic and static glare sources is determined according to the measurement requirements of threshold increment;during the glare measurement,the layout of the glare sources and the luminous area of the glare sources are planned on the premise that the position index and the stereo angle are respectively equal both the laboratory environment and the real street lighting environment;the same glare value in different scenes and different glare values in different scenes are simulated at a maximum frequency of 24 Hz to match dynamic and static glare in various lighting environments.The experimental results show that the simulated threshold increments range of the standard dynamic and static glare calibration system is 8.0%~26.7%,and that its flicker frequency can be adjusted up to 24 Hz.The extended uncertainty of the simulated glare is 1.3%,which meets the calibration requirements of various glare meters.
