Research On The Design Of Household Products Under The Influence Of Urban Renting Youth’s Life Style

Life style refers to a way of life that people follow.Not only does it refer to the daily need for feeding,clothing,living and transportation,but also includes people’s pursuit of spiritual life.Household products are an existence that cannot be ignored in the field of product design.They are closely related to daily life and are also the reflection of the most typical home living style forms and cultural elements.The living status of urban younger people’s renting is different from the style of the normal guys.The use of their household products requires newly developed demands at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to find some suitable designs and product styles of household products that can meet the needs of the current generation of youngers when renting places.Among the young urban renters,this article selects the urban renters born in the post-95s who have a strong demand for renting to conduct a survey of their lifestyles.It also uses the results of the analysis as guidance to the final design of newly developed household products in the rental lifestyle.First,this analysis starts from studying the theory of life forms and analyzes the current situation of household products.Based on the theoretical analysis,the research route for young people(post "95")renting places in major cities was formulated.After distributing questionnaire surveys,AIO scale analysis,and scene research,the living patterns of young people in located cities in "post-95" cities were analyzed.Their life patterns were analyzed at the same time.Analyzing their needs and critical points of their living needs to find the ultimate requirements of the design.According to the theoretical analysis and actual research in the first two parts,the strategy of product design based on theories was summarized.The relationship between life form theory and product design was analyzed,and the application of household product design in the living state of renting was given.With the design characteristics and design elements being cleared,the relevant design practice should be carried out based on these conclusions.The design practice was divided into three different contents.First one is the design of multifunctional lighting products.The second one is the design of multifunctional cooking machines.And the third one is the design of multifunctional cloth storage cabinets.These products were designed on the basis of multi-function.They were combined with the design characteristics of superposition,modularity and simplicity.The design elements such as color and material were also fully considered during the process of decision-making.The research purpose of this article is to solve the critical points of the "post-95" urban renters’lifestyle and to create a comfortable renting environment for them.Meanwhile,the research and design of this article are open to public,which means they can provide references for product research and design in related fields conducted in the future.
